Do you mean how to rip wavs/mp3s off of videos using Virtual Dub?
If yes, then you can only save the audio file as a wav, you'll have to go through a different process to then convert that into a mp3, but that is a different tutourial.
As for ripping the song or whatever it is, off of a video file using Virtual Dub, it's quite easy actually. Go to the file menu, then click on "Save WAV" tada all done, you have the audio.
And if that doesn't answer your question, then I don't know how to help you.

I tried save wav , but the wav file is empty ( No audio ).

Okay I figured out how to get the wav to not be empty despite the file actually having a size. Anyways, go under the Audio menu then select Full Processing Mode. Then you go to Save WAV.
Just a warning, if the audio is long, the file will be quite large. A 50 second clip is nearly 10mb! So I reccommend looking for a converter to convert the wav into something smaller.
