Hey everyone. The newest JUMP (containing 361) was on sale early at Sanseido in NJ and although the chapter was great (as always) the front advertising section announced a new OP/Bo-bobo crossover film. I'm at college so I can't do scans but I've almost got a rough translation up on my site.

I hope it's pretty good like the DB and Dr. Slump crossover in Dragonball the Movie: Mystical Adventure. Of course those were both Toriyama manga. It could either suck or rule.

BoBoBo-Bo Bo-BoBo is a comedy series that uses alot of Japanese puns and puns of Japanese pop culture, like they have parodied Dragon Ball, and such. It much like Family Guy and the Simpsons in our case. It was said that BoBoBo-Bo Bo-BoBo is going to air on Toonami some time soon but no word on who the liscensor is, I think? Well I know this won't be liscensed because the company that liscensed them are different.

After reading 14 chapter of Bobobo, I am now convinced that this crossover is going to be frickin' hilarious. And I would kill a man to see Afro Luffy vs. Bobobo and Franky vs. Don Patchi.

I went to Kyoto today, and they had local bookstore that sells Jump early!! And it:s real o_O I was so excited! I:ve never seen two manga/anime mixed together. I guess it happens because we had One Piece / Bobobo manga mixed before, right? Or at least the cover page? Either way, it:s so cool
Too bad Jump was kinda too heavy to bring it all the way back to home
I already had lots of other souvinirs to bring... But I did buy some other One Piece stuff. I:ll post them later -

Actually the image originally was a poster in Akamaru JUMP in late 2003/early 2004. The image was celebrating the Bo-bobo animation. Shueisha tends to recycle their material, expecially that which they're given to work with from the animation studios.
