Hello! I have been lurking at this site for quite some time, and today a friend of mine on these forums (you know him as Myoti), asked me when I was going to stop lurking and actually join. So here I am. XD;;
A little bit about myself, my name is Nate, I'm 25, I'm in Virginia, and I'm currently working at a Dollar General warehouse. This job is only temporary, as I am actually working on a degree in nuclear engineering, and hope to enroll in NC State sometime next year. I also served six years in the Navy, two of them at the Naval Nuclear School, and then the following four as a conventional electrician aboard a Marine transport ship (I got kicked out of the nuke program >.>).
I've been a fan of One Piece for quite a few months now, Myoti again was the one who introduced me to the show. I've been following the releases by Kaizoku Fansubs, which is only up to 201, so I'm not quite as far as some of you are. I've also started reading scans of the manga, and I'm even further behind in that (Chapter 3 XP). My favorite crew member is, and has been, and always will be Usopp, though Sanji comes in a close second.
One Piece currently stands as my second favorite anime and manga, second only to Fushigi Yugi (anime) and Fruits Basket (manga). I'm a bit of a shoujo freak. ^^;; Many of my other favorite anime/manga include Mahoromatic, Death Note, and Full Moon wo Sagashite.
I also enjoy Family Guy, Futurama, and Invader Zim, and am an avid RPG fan. I firmly believe Chrono Trigger is the greatest game ever made, and love the Wild ARMs series, and my favorite Final Fantasy game is Tactics.
