lol I'm not really following the manga 
way too long to backtrack and would cost an arm & leg to get all of them volumes lol So I only follow the Anime… am currently at 272 (where ADC is at)

But we do have it in high quality. But of course, there is also mid quality and low quality. We have chapter discussions here that offer low or mid quality scans of the newest chapters straight from Japan, untranslated. Later, several translation groups get the chapter, scans them in great quality, and translates them.
But it's your choice.
