In the manga/anime….no one, there are no official pairings in One Piece except for Igaram and his wife, there are a couple of others I think too but cant think of them at the moment.

Nami won't be ending up with anyone. Oda made it very clear that the Mugiwara (Straw Hats) won't be in love with anyone. Only 'in love' with adventure.
