Meh, cheese is alright. I don't like the slices that you buy at stores, but I like those white bars of cheese (not yellow, white), mozzarella, cheddar, and stuff like that.

I'm quite fond of cheese. Cheddar, mozzarella, provolone, parmegano, cottage, cream, it's all good. But my all time favorite? Ricotta. I'd gnaw off my own thumb to wrap my tastebuds around some of that stuff, it's like mana from heaven. I refuse to eat lasagna without it, and if you knew how much I liked lasagna it'd raise a few eyebrows.
So yeah, I like cheese. Not every day, not with everything, but the stuff I like it with, I like it a LOT.

Cheese is good on some things, but one thing that's really bothered me about living in the US is that it seems to get slapped on EVERTHING in rubbery sheet or Day-Glo orange powder form. I'd rather not have that on my hamburger. Of course, a pizza wouldn't be a pizza without Mozzarella cheese, so it's not without its uses. For a while I went through a phase where I couldn't even be near Parmesan without getting nauseous, but my biochemistry seems to have changed to the point where I can even eat small amounts of it now.

Together with some Feta cheese on a a baguette grilled for 3 minutes….

My dad doesn't care for ricotta (thank God I was born with better taste ) so I never got good lasagna unless we were eating out someplace. As such its always been something of a special occasion kind of thing and one of those foods that I just associate with celebrations. Its good time food and the cheesier the better. -
i love cheese … something like ..cheese spaghetti ..Pizza .. and many ..that are cooked cheese and melted .... it's really nice ....

[snapback]23531[/snapback]**You should try this stuff I've got in the refrigerator right now. It's called Ricotta Forte Pecorina. The forte means strong. It is a serious understatement. If you know Yakitatte Japan, the reaction you get tasting a bit of this cheese is very similar to when they taste the bread. Very intense. I don't think you can get it in America though, at least I've never heard of it until I came to Italy.

Cheese is good, but not just by itself in large quanities. But the fact that "cheese" is fun to say gives it bonus points
