I sort of got this idea from Lion's One Piece High School thread. Wouldn't it be interesting if there was a One Piece theme park? The only thing I can think of is that different locations from One Piece would be in it. Like Arlong Park would be a water park. And instead of random people walking around in costumes, there'd be cosplayers.
Ideas: A One Piece theme park
-
-
Sounds like…..
-
That sounds cool. One time my friend and I designed a One Piece mini-golf thing. xD
That just reminded me of that, sorry. Anyways.
And Arlong Park waterpark would be awesome! There could be like a giant waterslide down Momoo or whatever the cow this was. And the changing rooms could be inside the big building, and you could go to the top and look down on all the people in the pool.
A Water 7 waterpark would be cool too, I think. Or maybe just like a Water 7 Boat Ride were you get in this boat with a fake waterbull thing, and you go down all these canals in Water 7 really fast. And at the end you get jetted out of those big waterfalls. Or, it could be really slow as you edge up to the top of the fountain on like a track, but then when you get to the top, youre not on a track anymore and you just like WHOOSH down this mini Water 7.And there could be like a treasure hunt where on some days in the park if you find specific people, they'll like stamp a card thing, and at the end you get some cute souvenier or something.
I think a Skypeia roller-coaster would be cool too. And some kind of Davy Back thing, just because that would be awesome. Maybe there could be like a stage and Foxy Pirate coslayers could like put on shows and stuff.
A theme park would be like the coolest thing ever.
And the Pokemon thing looks cool also, I've never heard of that.
-
Aaaah…stop it! You are REALLY making me want one.
-
The Sanji Tunnel of Loooove!
-
There would be a daycare for the children "USOPP'S Play CENTER" where they tell big false stories that keep the toddlers entertained. Usopp is the manager of course.XD
-
Usopp Sharphooting: Use a sling-shot to hit the target. Some guy gets dunked into a tank of water when it gets hit.
Buggy Pirates' Carnival: You go into this tent where Buggy pirate look-a-likes perform.
Petting zoo: Pet/see animals that look like the animals from OP.
Sea Train Ride: Ride a roller coaster that's shaped like Puffing Tom. The railroad goes over the ocean. -
I think an Arlong Park flume ride would be awesome! Start out simple, with some ripples as Chuu and Usopp fight, it gets a little bumpier as you follow the fight of HAchi and Zoro, BIG, repeated drops representing the attack Kuroobi did to Sanji over and over again underwater, leading up to the gigantic drop down as Arlong Park collapses! Awesome!
And of course the food court there would be a Baratie.
-
Gah, I have to stop reading this topic. It makes me sad that there isnt one.
-
Well, its existance sure isn't impossible - just unlikely. The Pokemon theme park is evidence of that, not to mention the fact that in France they have a theme park based entirely upon the cartoon Asterix.
-
How do random people in costumes differ from cosplayers? anywho
Sea Train themed roller coaster!
Laboon, you can go inside of it and there'd be like a restuarant or something in there.
Arlong Park would make a cool water park, but so would Water 7.Logue Town would be featured at the start of the park, and would mainly be a shopping center. Similiar to Disney Land's main street. Then from there you could go into all the different areas.
And maybe a ride where you get inside of a small Merry Go and the boat travels through a miniature One Piece world. Starting in the East Blue, then going up a hill into a new Grand Line area, and each island is minature and maybe little scenes would be going on. Of course that ride would need to be expanded many many times as the series continues.
There should be a Skypiea area that's raised above the rest of the park on big platform thingies, like its a whole big area you can access through the Knock Up Stream elevator. It could be right above the Jaya themed area.
-
You know what would be neat? Have any of you been to that one restaruraunt in Canada, (Or maybe it's in the US, but I digress.) right near Niagra Falls? It's freaking HUGE. Really tall. Anyhoo, yeah, you go up this elevator to this Sky Restauraunt where you eat, and one part like rotates while you eat and you can look at the falls and stuff. I think maybe them same deal with a Skypeia area would be cool. Maybe like a restauraunt or something, but the tower is shaped like a cloud and the elevator could be either ocean looking or like that bean stalk thing. And you could look down onto the other areas of One Piece Land. And it could have a golden bell that rings every hour on top.
I think a Skepeia themed restaurant would be interesting, the waiters and waitresess could have those uber-cute outfits and wings…
And how about a super fast and scary Rocketman/Enies Lobby ride? Like, the ride is shaped like a mini Rocketman, and you get it in the Water 7 area, and then you WOOSH through some water and get wet, and then you go over this HUGE incline and if you look down you can see the first gate of Enies Lobby, and then you go down really fast, and then up again over the second one and you go past these HUGE statues of Oimo and Kashi (or were they at the first one? I forget.) and then WOOOSH down again. (Was there a third gate? Whatever, if there was, repeat previous wooshing.) And then when you get to the Tower, it's a HUGE incline, and this HUGE decilne super fast, and that's where the hidden camera is that takes your picture so you can buy it. And then it slows down, and a mini Gate of Justice opens up, and the Rocket Man slides through it back into the starting building, and you exit the ride.
Ahhh, I've got so many ideas for this, a theme park would just be so awesome. @.@
-
God, another thing to do before I die. Right up there with playing Duck Hunt in an omnitheater, going to the One Piece theme park. Even if I must build it myself! WITH A DON!
You know what would be awesome? A giant blimp in the shape of Enel's big flying ship, the name of which I have forgotten. Maybe it could be released at night to signal some sort of big, main event, like the parades at Disney Land. Except it would be so much better, simply because it's One Piece.
And, a la the Hall of Presidents, the Hall of Mentors! Seeing a robotic Hiruluk and Tom…actually, that might be scary as hell.
-
And at night….can anyone say....JANGO'S DANCE CARNIVAL!!!!
-
Okay, 1 2 Jango will kill me, but the restaurant should sell a pressed-and-formed meat patty shaped like a Robin arm.
Of course, CP9 themed petting zoo.
I think it would be nice to have hero and villian themed attractions. Arlong's shooting gallery with popup Bellemere figures!
Ooo… the garbage disposal should be shaped like Wapol.
I'd say a collect-and-win prize would be better done as a "get a passport stamped in each area, and get something like a cardboard Going Merry kit in Water Seven Land"
-
There should be a Baratie themed resturant. Where someone kicks you in the face and goes into a long monologue about how you shouldn't waste food if you don't clear your plate.
Skypiea could be a cool freefall ride. You start by going up a Knock-Up stream, then it's a slow ride with scenes from Skypiea. Then. It drops you. Fast.
And a "Test Your Strength" game with Spandam's face.
-
For A Skypeia rollercoaster as everyone has said or mentioned somewhat… Perhaps they could have the ride start out kind of smooth with a few ups and downs here and there. Then you hear the voice of Usopp saying something like, what if this leads back to the ocean? And then you drop down really fast, and then go into am awesome rollercoaster ride!
-
I've got some more ideas:
-The security guards would be dressed up like Marines
-For the "No smoking" signs, it would have Smoker saying "If you smoke in this park, go eat shit!"
-The Alabasta area would be set up like a fake desert. There'd be some shops in Nanohana, and Rain Dinners would be an arcade -
Drum Island snowboarding is a must. They should also have a large bear walk around the Drum Island area, and you must bow to it or else you'll be kicked out.
A Luffy themed restaraunt where all you eat is meat.
An Alabasta ride where you ride on Karue or another one of the ducks (with one Eyelash you can ride as well) and it takes you through the various events of the Alabasta war. It'd be like those Disney scenario rides where "you" the rider is a PART of the ride.
I came up with a synopsis of the rides events, its very Disneyland the way the events happen but I think it'd work. It could be called the "Alabasta Expirience" or something. Anyways, I put it in spoiler tags cus its kinda long, and it may have some spoilers if you haven't read or seen the later parts of Alabasta yet.
! you board you're duck car, or camel car if you get that one, and the ride begins.
! You enter into darkness and the car stops, on the screen a brief synopsis of the events leading up to the Alabasta war is shown. Not too long, otherwise the riders might get bored. Then you enter into the main ride.
! You begin in the outskirts of the desert and its a shaky ride on the way into Alubarna with a bunch of holes underneath you. Usopp, Miss Merry Christmas, Mr. 4, Lasoo, and Chopper all pop out of the holes randomly and say thigns to you.
! Then you proceed into the city's alleyways where Sanji and Bon Clay's fight is going on around you. Bon Clay pops up in front of you and using some kind of mirroring technology he puts one of the riders' faces. Then Sanji kicks him out of the way and the ride continues.
! Next you go down another alleyway and you stop when you see Nami. Nami yells at you to get out of the way and then Miss Double Finger crashes through the wall behind you, the car you're in turns to see Doublefinger right behind you but you get past her and go through the wall she just broke through.
! When you emerge the buildings are falling all around you, you've just landed right in the middle of the Mr.1/Zoro fight. Zoro turns and yells at you "hurry and help Vivi!" and your car backs away as the rubble falls down on the scene.
! The car finally makes it to the courtyard right in front of Alubarna castle and you end up in the midst of all the fighting, with animatronic rebels and soldiers fighting like crazy. Look closely for Tashigi and some marines.
! Your car is moving through all this, so all of it is just seen in passing. And then your car goes down a dark tunnel and you see Luffy fighting Crocodile. The lights flicker on and off, and whenever there is light you see a different aspect of the fight. Luffy yells at you to get out of here and you go back outside.
! You come back out and the Strawhats are gathered around the clock tower and you see Pell pulling the bomb into the sky. After a HUGE explosion with special effects and stuff the ride all goes dark. You start hearing Vivi's yelling "Please Stop fighting" over and over and when the lights turn back on you see just total war madness.
! Then it starts raining and Croc gets shot up through the ground. The car gets out of the crowd of animatronic people and you go through a passage in the clock tower to the next part of the ride.
! The final part of the ride has you listening to Vivi's speech as you go through Alubarna's rebuilding scenes.
! Then the car hits the ocean and you see the Bon Clay and Strawhats saying good bye to each other.
! By the time you finish hearing the speech, you're at the end of the ride. The last thing you see is the Merry Go and the Strawhats on their ship showing Vivi the symbol of friendship with Vivi and Carue on the other side doing the same.
! As you're about to exit the ride and go back outside to the get on/off area you hear Robin say "this is a nice ship" and an animatronic Robin greets you on the way off the ride.
! phew…....man that'd be awesome
an animatronic cinematic One Piece ride.....that'd be sweet, someone needs to convince Disney to do this in one of their parks lol -
And a "Test Your Strength" game with Spandam's face.
No, it should be Fukorou's face.
Poor Spandam. Everyone wants to hit him.
They need merchandise. What sort of merchandise would OPLand have? Spandam masks? Bon Clay capes?
-

Sogeking masks!
Chopper's and Luffy's hats.
Maybe fake Zoro swords.
Disney sells princess outfits, maybe Nami outfits…....hmm, not for little girls though
-

They could have like Princess Vivi outfits, but the way they make the Princess Jasmin outfits at Disney, either modfied or with like skin colored fabric at the revealing bits.
And boutiques in the shopping bits that have pieces of everybody's clothing. So you can mix and match. That would be neat.
An Usopp slingshot would be cool too, I think. And those Chopper Hats!
And they should also make Nami's Log Pose bracelet thingy, I would kill for one of those. -
-
Every resaurant should have one of the options to eat be a "Pirate's Lunchbox", a plate of nothing but meats and the like big enough for an entire table to share. Also, one of the drinks should be that special drink/fuel Sanji made for Karue, and the section of the menu for alchoholic drinks should have a picture of Usopp, and "Drinks" crossed out and replaced with "Ammo".
-
An underwater aquarium, a la the Disneyworld "The Living Ocean" exhibit, but with sunken ships in the aquariums along with statues/anamatronic robots of Masira, his friend that I can't remember the name of, Cricket, and the Mugiwara in diving suits.
-
Reverse mountain flume ride. One drop the size of a small mountain.
-
The trash cans should all be Wapols. There should be a gigantic statue of Morgan somewhere. The entire Loguetown setup with the place Roger was executed should be somewhere as well.
-Daily shows, including: Volcano going off and Dorry and Broggy dueling; Buggy circus carnival; Enel laser light show (It's official, I'm going to Hell); Franky Family Fireworks show.
-
-
No, it should be Fukorou's face.
Yeah. That would make more sense. I forgot he had that power.
But I still want to hit Spandam.
There should be some sort of animatronic ride that goes through the past of each Straw Hat.
-
Yeah. That would make more sense. I forgot he had that power.
But I still want to hit Spandam.

That would be the saddest ride EVER.
-
That would be the saddest ride EVER.
Agreed! I might start like crying in the middle of it. Especially the part where the kids are throwing rocks at Robin.
I like the Pirate's Lunchbox idea too, I think that would be cool.
What about musical shows? I would totally laugh at the Strawhats singing. xD
-
If they presented the backstories in the order they came in the comics and anime (Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, Sanji, Nami, Vivi if they included some of her story, Franky, Robin) then I'd be crying by Usopp's, his just really affects me for some reason even though its so short.
I'd love to see the Strawhats doing musical numbers. Igaram could host!
-
HAHA! This topic is awesome.
-For the larger rides, there can be a cardboard cutout of Chibi-Buggy saying "You must be this tall to ride"
-There could be little hidden Pandamans all throughout the park.
-A 'la the Walt Disney & Mickey statue in the middle of Disneyland, there can be a Statue of Oda w/Gear 3 Luffy.
-A Hedge maze/Wildlife sanctam like Jaya's forest, where you occasionally hear a Southbird cry out.
-For the Resort Hotels, a bar and lounge set up like Mock Town
-
That would be nice if something like that would come! I will just say…
Bon Clay Merry Go Round: Ride with Bon Clay's swan's and Bon Clay chairs at this Merry Go Round, and if you are lucky, you could even see Bon Clay around somewhere.
And it would be odd if there would be security guy's dressed as Paulie, whose would chase girls and women with mini skirts.
-
they would have to have this there
-
@Torzii:
And it would be odd if there would be security guy's dressed as Paulie, whose would chase girls and women with mini skirts.
I can just imagine that, it's really funny in my mind.
In the Water 7 part there should be some kind of Galley-La thing. I can't really imagine what to have there, though.
Oh! And the offices of important people at the park can be in Iceburg's mansion thing. And it could also be a stage, people can gather around the outside at night and then see preformers dressed up as CP9 jump around the outside and have mock fights with the Galley-La guys, and then theres this big window, but it's blinds are pulled so it has that shadow thing, where like different color lights light up behind figures while speakers play their lines so it looks like their talking, And it the figures look like Robin and Iceburg, and it has their little talk about…whatever they were talking about at the time. And then the other members of CP9 come in, and do whatever, and then the Strawhats burst in, and say whatever, and then an actress dressed like Robin opens a window right next to the big shadow one, and then while lines and stuff are going on in the shadow window, she jumps out.
That would be super cool to watch, I think. And whoever brought up the idea about Eneru's (Or Enel, I guess. I just don't know anymore.) Arc being a blimp, that is a super cool idea. Especially if it like, fired off fireworks, and then theres some kind of lightshow on the ground.
-

Let's expand, maybe the ligtshow could somehow be Luffy vs. Enel in the sky. I'm sure they could find a way.
-
Miss Merry Christmas Whack-a-Mole, with Usopp's Five Ton Hammer, of course.
Another daily show could be Davy Back Fight events.
-
I like the Drum Island snowboarding idea. I'd add a Chopper's Sleigh Ride roller coaster that would sort of be based on the Strawhats leaving the island. The ride would start in a building shaped like Wapol's castle. All it would be is a bunch of steep hills. Then, at the end, you see cannons firing fake sakura.
There's another idea I've been thinking of: The Alubarna palace bath house! It would have hot tubs and saunas. And maybe an animatronic Nami doing Happiness Punch.
Whiskey Peak is where all of the craziness and parties happen. And no one's mentioned Little Garden. I guess ideas are hard to come up with for it. I can't even think of anything.
-
Make a Candle Service Set teacup-like ride, where everyone gets strapped in and goes round and round until Luffy punches it and makes it start wobbling.
-
For Little Garden there could be like a fake safari thing, where you see anamatronic dinosaurs and the giants and stuff. It could be combined with a roller coaster or something too.
-
Oh snap, and I was actually thinking of making this thread awhile back.
Too much awesomeness. @o@Logue Town would be featured at the start of the park, and would mainly be a shopping center. Similiar to Disney Land's main street. Then from there you could go into all the different areas.
Yes, Louge Town should be the center, with some kind of Arlong Park water park (Water 7 is better suited for a water ride, I'd think) and Baratie cafe nearby, then you can walk through the massive "Reverse Mountain" into the main area, the "Grand Line." =D
Right up there with playing Duck Hunt in an omnitheater
I need to do that. Now. runs up to the big screen at his church
Ooh. I can picture it so well. I wanna ride! XO
And it would be odd if there would be security guy's dressed as Paulie, whose would chase girls and women with mini skirts.
Somehow, I can just picture that so well. XD
And yes to a Maxim blimp around the park, though rideable would be even better. Better yet, maybe a simulation ride, with Enel as the "guide" taking everyone on the trip to "Fairy Vearth." =O
I want so much for a Skypiea/Shandia area. Just getting to walk around in the "clouds" sounds so awesome. XD
-
@Torzii:
And it would be odd if there would be security guy's dressed as Paulie, whose would chase girls and women with mini skirts.
And i drew something also related to that, it maybe would look like that if security men dressed as Paulie would do at there:
Poor Paulie and the girls. They look just like that if steam roller has ran over of them. And some other things:
-Alabasta Casino: It would be really nice if that casino from Alabasta would be at there.
-Ride-a-Carue: Ride at birds dressed as Carue! But i bet nothing like that woud come at there. Poor birds if that happens.
-Nami Slot Machine: A Slot Machine, where you pull from the stick shaped like Nami's Perfect Clima Tact. You could even win plastic coins! :D -
I would like a Water 7 based area, where you could ride Yargara bulls that go fast upstream. (There could be a plesant version and an intense version.) Sort of like the ones that Nami and Luffy rode that leaped off the path and landed in the middle of the market. A fast ride ended by a sudden drop. A drop where the ride is still horizontal instead of vertical.
-
The Sanji Tunnel of Loooove!
Whoa….that made alotta sense there! lol....
Or we could have an area for DBF, it'd be an OBSTACLE-BASED kind of thing! Know what I mean? Ropes, swinging-over-the-mud things....you know like so.
I love obstacle games.
-
O_O Man, this would be totally awsome ><.
I wonder how much it would cost to build that park though….
But it just doenst seem feasible... Quite frankly neither does the pokemon park though...
If it were a park that incorporated more than one show, it would boost its fanbase range significantly.
Personally i think a DON park would be better.
Maybe throw in 1 bleach attraction or something.
Making the park survive years into the future will be terrible hard though, if its based on a finite series, who knows what the future will really hold though...
and whats that Going merry Ferry from?
-
The Going Merry is someplace from Japan, and for reference, the Pokemon park already exists.
-
The trash cans should all be Wapols.
I have thought in this idea before read your post, it's unbelievable 0_o I even imagined Wapol's mouth as the entrance for garbage and a sign in Wapol's armor saying "Feed the greatest king with your trash."
-
I bring this thread back to bring another One Piece ride I've thought of.
Warning, Contains manga spoilers! Escape From the Buster Call
The entire ride is based on the Strawhats escaping from Enies Lobby. It's a water ride with a boat shaped like the escape boat the crew stole. It would be a fast, hilly one. As the boat goes, you see an animatronic Franky and Robin stealing Spandam's boat. Then, the Buster Call shows up, firing fake cannons at your boat, splashing water all over it. You'll see animatronics re-enact all the scenes. As you go up an downstream, you hear Spandam ordering to fire at the ship as you see the Strawhats fighting the Buster Call fleet. Up to Luffy vs. Lucci to the Going Merry showing up. The Going Merry is where you get off. -
Sorry to double post, but I'm bringing this thread back up in case anyone else has ideas they'd like to share for an ideal One Piece park. It makes me sad that it's never gonna happen, though.
-
THe park will be divided into 2 parts. the east blue and the Grand Line. the Grand Line is at the top of the park and the rest is down towards the entrance. fuscia village will be like Main Street USA at DisneyLand and will be a real town.
Next you can visit a park themed after Syrupp, including a First Aid place in Kaya's Mansion. this is a stop for a replica GOing Merry that goes around the park(more later) and then all the other islands. Arlong Park would be a water place. Also you can travel to everywhere on big waterways by renting boats of different sizes, and you row there, large boats have steering mechanisms on the back.
THere's a big waterway all around the park and throughout the park. All of the major islandsa are connected to it. Also at the top opf the park is a place you can get to only by the Going Merry.
THere's a special Going Merry stop that everyone will be told to get off if they can't handle intsense rides, and someone will take them on a smaller ship to the next stop, through a tiny waterway. the Going Merry will then, with everyone on it, go up a long tube, way up high. Well just above the rest of the park. It will then go into a giant plastic tube, and under the water this stuff latches to the ship. Once the machine says ok and a supervisor gives the OK, Knock-up Stream will launch. The water will go up andthe Going Merry will go just fast enough to keep them going above the water. Also if there's any machine malfunctions the water will stop rising and the machine will stop too. But once it reaches the top there's a giant Skypeia. THere's a candy shop and a super Roller-Coaster. this roller coaster goes around the park super fast. THere's also a place with a bunch of treehouses and a war game, where you can be the SKypeians or the Shandians, and you get water guns and water ballons and use all these cool hidden things around to fight the other team. Someone will be the leader and once they get hit with 5 water ballons the game is over. Next the roller coaster, goes all thrrough the park. no loops but it goes really faste, like 70 miles per hour at least, and it's kinda like a less-rickety Ghost Rider from Knotts, only longe,r made of steel and goues around the whole park. THe GOing Merry departs after a few mintes, heads off a stream and Conis and her dad wave you goodbye. You fall off heading about half way down REALLY fast(you have to strap in for this) while an octopus inflates above you and you go down slowly(on the tracks) and the balloons deflates slowly. then you land and it goes back inside.
TO enter the Grand Line(there's a special door if you can't take the extreme rides) basically is reverse mountain.
Then it's all water, you literally have islands you gotta go to. The Knock up stream is by Jaya, Water 7 is a mini-city like fuschia with king-bul lrentals to get around. Boat rentals for traveling wherever(gotta get here witht eh GOing Merry) and Jaya has a Hotel in it, a few actually. One tall one and one sea-side one.
Arabasta is a huge place to explore. there are caverns underground and all sorts of cool stuff. Little Garden has mechanical robot dinosaurs romaing around. and you can find Mr 3's place, complete with Den Den Mushi that allows you to call others hidden thorughout the park.
ENies lobby has another Den Den Mushi and so does about every island one wa sused on. ther'es also a transmission recieivng one one in lougetown, which would be Smoker's. Eneis Lobby and the sea train would be there too. With a rapids ride around it.
weee so much fun! someone call Bill Gates and Donald Trump and other rich people and have them donated so much money that Bill Gates could only pay for like half of it! weeee make it awesome! wee. Oh yeah and drum would be cool too, and another first-aid place. I tihkn of everything! weeeeeeee!
-
this sounds like a job for…..Rollercoaster Tycoon!
-
Ooooooo… A One Piece theme park, eh? Well, my ideas are far too vast for one simple post, and since I don't know how to use the spoiler tag, I'll break it up in numerous posts.
First off, the entrance. I think it could be the World Government door. And, if three or more buy tickets together, Luffy shouting "Gear Third" is heard, before the door blows open. Then, you walk until you see a light, where a man takes your ticket and gives you a boat. Welcome to the Grand Line.
In order to get to the numerous attractions, you'll have to travel by boat. If you lose it, the Marines will take you to Information, where you can describe the boat, and the Marines will search after it, arresting anyone who might have stolen it(five to ten minutes inside a Marine prison, where you'll get humiliated by anyone watching you).
On every island, you are presented with one big attraction and some lesser games and stands. If you win in the games, you'll win Beli, depending on how well you played the game. You can use Beli to buy souveniers like straw-hats to plush toys. You'll also need Beli to acces some more "restricted areas", like Skypiea and Dead End Race. The games do not differ much island from island.
In Arlong Park, you are presented to a fun house, where the goal is to get out to the pool. But be careful, as Arlong thrashes Luffy around the building, making you a target. Their havocs also causes the house to crumble up in some places, causing you to take another way round, like inside a rolling cylinder, or underwater. But, you're only safe when you get on top of Moomoo, or you'll get hit by the remains of Arlong Park smashing on top of you (don't worry, it's as soft as balloons)!
Near Jaya, you pay 1,000 beli (or two dollars) to get inside a Waver-like cart. So, you float safe and sound, when suddenly... THE KNOCK-UP STREAM!!! You are plummeted upwards Skypiea in a roller coaster like race against death! Once you get up, the Waver will float until some White Berets stops your cart. Now's your choice: Take a stroll around Skypiea to play some other attractions, or finish the ride. If you stay in your cart, the White Berets will start up the ride again, causing you to fall off Sky Island. Luckily, your Jet Dials started working, starting the roller-coaster for real! You fly around at incredible speed, watching scenes from Luffys fight against Eneru and such, until your Dials stop working, causing you to ultimately fall off Sky Island and back into Grand Line.
I'll post more ideas, but I'll wait, since I can't double-post...

All of those ideas are great! For certain rides, there should be a cardboard cut-out of Miss Valentine with a "You must weigh under ____ pounds to ride this ride." sign. The first aid station would be in Drum Island, and everyone working there wears Chopper's hat.
For the Alabasta area, one of the games would be rock-climbing, and would be called something like "Stop the Bomb". The point of it is to climb up the clock tower in time to stop Mr. 7 and Miss Fathersday's bomb in time. If you make it up in less than 5 minutes, you get some kind of prize.

That's nice! I really like that Ms. Valentine thing. I also think that a streching Luffy with a "You must be this high to ride this ride" sign could do wonders.
Oh, and while I said that the games don't differ from island to island, there ARE some exclusive games for certain islands. In Alabasta for example, there is a "Whack-a-Mole" game, with the club looking like Ussop's 5 Ton Hammer, and you gotta smash Ms. MerryChristmas whilst avoiding Mr. 4 and Lasso.
Baratie is the place for people to take a break and eat. But, it doesn't mean that there isn't a attraction there! Right outside is Don Krieg's flagship, only it's in bad condition. It's like those jungle climbing things for kids in some theme parks, only there's guns, a crumbling ship and a captain who'll stop at nothing to steal the Baratie.
On Drum Island, there would be a bob-sleigh ride from Kureha's castle, right down to Bighorn. But, there are forks in the road, and every way you take could upset the Lapahn, provoke Wapol or even create an avalanche!
One of the attractions on Skypiea isn't actually a attraction, but a museum! Yes, the Maxim's inner sides are now filled with memorable events, important items and crewmembers of the One Piece world! Updated weekly.
Did I mention role-playing? Some islands can let YOU be a part of your favorite One Piece scene. On Syrup Island for example, you can join Luffy, Zoro, Nami and Usopp to protect Syrup Village, or side with Captain Kuro to defeat the nuisance and fulfill his plan of money, peace and quiet.
I have even more ideas, but alas, I've ran out of space…
