Since EGX have posted up some new rules, I decied to make a thread instead of get a warning… Will the new chapter come out this week, or has Oda taking break or something??

I haven't heard anything of a break. Then again, I don't know much…
And, from what I can tell, no one's supposed to complain about the next chapter until it comes out. That's how I've read into it.

that's pretty self-explanatory. new topics with title "omg i cant wait for next chapter!!!!!111" will not be tolerated. if you can't wait, that's too bad for you. if you feel the need to express the fact that you can't wait, you have your pets or parents or even neighbors for that, but not here. if you feel the need to discuss something, USE THE NEWEST CHAPTER THREAD.Create a thread WHEN IT COMES OUT!!!
