Mushi-shi anime

Has anybody seen this anime…
its titled mushi-shi..a friend of mine said she claims this as her favourite anime for now and says its better than naruto and bleach...

but it has nothing to do with fighting stuffs...my friend says it has something to do about japanese folktales...

and I got to see it in Youtube...
My no.1 comment is that Ginko (the starring) looks exactly like Sanji!!!!
he smokes, has the same hair style and with the left eye covered..he just has white hair...so he's like an old sanji...ehem...

the art seems nice..hoping to see more of it!

I've been watching this for awhile, it very kick ass. All the episodes are stand alone but very well crafted story wise. It is very atomospheric and can sometimes be slow. But it's worth it just to watch it. Plus the main charecter, Ginko is awesome.

That almost made into my signature. But not. It's a good series, the cartoon adaptation is very true to atmosphare of the comic. I think there's a Mushi-shi thread buried somewhere already though.

i adore Mushihi. i like the art, the music, the setting, and the story. at times it can be slow and boring, but i like it anyway. its a shame its not very popular though. it would be nice to see the manga and anime licensed.

watching mushi-shi gives me a really stress-relieving effect…I dont know why, it just does. even its intro..though it seemed slow...is really therapeutic to me....I guess if I will experience stress, I'll watch mushishi to reduce it!!!
