Sweet cover, it contradicts the last one so well (and its got Monster Chopper filling in the Funnkfried space, yay) People seemed unsure how it could compare to the image that the BW SH covers made, but I think this still makes an awesome image (mainly in how the covers are total opposities of each other)

No. Bear with me people, I'm no Chemist, but here's the best explanation I can come up with; normal hydrolysis of water (2H2O(aq) → 2H2(g) + O2(g)) is possible because water fluctuates between molecular states (hydronium and hydroxide) and polar bonds are not really that strong (ionic is much stronger, then covalent). With ice, however, there's less entropy (in this case activity) going on in the water because of how the water molecules are now bounded together (instead of a "bent" formation, it's taken on a hexagonal form), so it's difficult to excite the ice or pass a solid electrical current through it.

Well, chemistry aside, Enel showed that he can create heat too, so there's that to consider. Keep in mind though, it doesn't say who can easily beat Enel, though Ao kiji might be one for them.
