Simply put, what voices from the Japanese One Piece anime, do you think just dont fit the character. I cant think of any right now, but I might later.

I actuall realy like all of CP9's voices (especially Kumadori's). Ummm…I find Eneru's voice to be a little on the supa deep side, and Wanze's voice was annoying as shit. Other than that, I can' think of anyone else.

I've found that every single OP voice grows on me over time, so I don't really have much to list. However, if I were to choose one, I would have to say Smoker's new voice, not because it's bad (I actually like it quite a lot), but because I loved his old one with a passion.

I like all the CP9 voices. I loved Kumadori from the start, and Fukurou has grown on me. Probably the only voice I really haven't liked so far was Wanze's.

I agree with pretty much everything, thought i was the only one who missed Smoker's incredible original voice. I don't know, he used to sound more powerful and respectable.

I actually get a little annoyed by the Weird Knight, Gan Falls voice sometimes. He's the only Japanese voice actor that gives me the impression of bad acting.

I agree on Gan Fall. Sometimes, when he should be talking really mad, and emotional, he just falls short, and sounds only a bit angry. But he is still pretty good.

I find that I am sometimes shocked when I hear new voices introduced, but they usually grow on me. Big example being Franky. It took me a long time before I fully accepted Kazuki Yao as Franky.
Fukuro's high pitched voice was totally not what I was expecting, but it actually grew on me very quickly. Wanze was a bit too annoying for me…but even that grew on me. Fortunately it's not a voice I had to hear for very long.One voice I know that I did hate as Chopper's replacement voice.
And I thought Aisa's voice was annoying.I agree with wolfwood that Kappei Yamaguchi does overact a bit, he does for a lot of roles other than Usopp. But it's ok because he is mostly very awesome.

I personally love all the voices in OP.
But, about Usopp's voice: I'm thorn between loving and disliking it.
I mean, when he's being funny, Usopp's voice is awesome, but when he's being, you know, pissed/angry, sad etc, I really hate it.

I was surprised by Sanji's voice actor in the beginning, actually… but, like all the OP characters, it really grew on me and I couldn't think of anyone replacing him now :P. When I found out that Yamaguchi Kappei played Usopp, I was wondering how that would work out since I'd heard him as Inuyasha and Ranma before that, and I didn't quite make the connection to Usopp. I really like the way he acts him though XD (Although he can get a bit carried away).
Gan Fall felt under-acted to me as well. Mrs Merry-Christmas was... painful. Most small children get on my nerves, except for little Sanji.
Haven't seen the Water 7/Enies Lobby arc animated yet.

If we're on the subject of voices I don't like in the Japanese version of One Piece, I always thought that Zeff sounded way older that what he's supposed to… even in the flashbacks.

I love Vivi in the Japanese version. :/ It's the dub where she's terrible.
I forget what Masira's brother's name is, but I don't like his voice much, although I guess it's fitting. -

I can't even describe how much her voice bothered me. I don't know why. I think it was something about the pitch, but whatever. I didn't really like Vivi to begin with, maybe it wasn't the voice at all.And the fat-zipper-mouth guy, I forget his name, but his voice surprised me! But it really super grew on me, to the point where I like to say 'Chapapa' outloud sometimes.

I agree with Warp, Wanze's voice was annoying. I didn't like what Satori sounded like either. It took me a while to get used to Franky. Fukurou's voice is kind of off, too. But I might get used to it.

The dub apparantly was thinking the same thing you were with Miss Monday. They gave her a deep voice that made her sound like she was on steroids. But, I think the high, soft voice was added just as a joke.

Satori's the well rounded Guardian of the Trial of Balls in Upper Yard right? He and his brother's voices really annoyed me when I first heard them, they still do set my teeth on edge when I rewatch Skypiea every once in awhile.

who said Usopp's voice is annoying o.O I like Usopp's voice. I think it suits him perfectly. Usopp IS a goofy charicter. Even if he's mad his voice shouldn't strike fear in you. He's just not that type of person. Take me for example. I get royally pissed sometimes, but (unfortunatly) when I get really mad, people don't take me seriosly, cause I'm not that type of person that stikes fear in others. Well, this is just MHO. You don't have to like Usopp's voice. I just don't get why.
Same with Vivi. I don't understand how people didn't like her voice. I liked it. Just because she has a girly voice, doesn't mean she has to have a ditzy personality to fit it. She can be tough. she can be cool.
I do understand Wanze's voice. It was annoying. But I liked it, cause it suited the charicter, who was annoying. And I totally agree with the replacment voice actor for chopper. Glad she didn't have many lines.
Franky, I remember several months ago, I was frustrated with his voice…but now that it's menchioned, I'm used to it now.

Being that Oda basically told them what he wanted out of the VAs, I've yet to be disappointed with a voice. I also go with Cosmic and Captain Usopp's opinion's on those voices.
There's been plenty of times when I've almost wanted to start shouting out stuff like "Sasasaaaa!!!", "Hohohooooo!!" and, of course, "Chapapa!!" (which my little brother really HAS said XD ).
One voice I know that I did hate as Chopper's replacement voice.
Yeah, that. It was a good voice, but not quite Chopper. I didn't really notice till the "anemone" line (when Zoro was stuck in a chimney) and I was like "What the? Who's talki– CHOPPER?!"

She was overly whiney, yes (but she was like in the manga anyways), but she had some of the best acting in the series. Especially the scene after Pell's "sacrifice" when she keeps screaming for everyone to stop fighting (really sounds like she's about to go hoarse there… maybe the VA really was o_o ).

I can't believe nobody mentioned Terracotta (Igaram's wife)! She is clearly a woman and yet sounds like a man! And Ms. Monday's voice doesn't really suit her look either. I think it should be a bit deeper.
I also agree about Eneru's being a bit too deep. Franky's voice isn't really how I imagined to be either. The voice I hate the most of all is Fukuro… I just cannot get used to his super high pitched voice.

I like all the One Piece voices.
Because of the fact that they are not what you'd expect, they're not perfect.
Ok, Zoro's voice sounded way deeper than I imagined when I first watched the series. Then I found it really sexy ^_^ and the fact that the same seiyuu does Mugen from Samurai Champloo… double win! XD
The minute I heard Luffy talk, I immediately recognized the voice as Krillin from DBZ! And Usopp, of course... LOVE his seiyuu with a passion. Yeah, he overacts, but that's part of what makes his characters so memorable. Sanji's voice I thought was interesting... I've gotten used to it as well. I didn't have a problem with Vivi's voice at all.Actually, Nami's replacement voice during Little Garden bothered me a bit... I knew there was a change in there.... but I was glad her original seiyuu came back after that. Same thing with Chopper.
I also had to get used to Robin's voice, for like a second. I really love that someone as well known as Tomokazu Seki does the voice of Lucci and Hattori.... and I just adore Kaku's voice! Its so perfect for the way he talks, its funny cuz the same guy plays the 300 yr old samurai Koinosuke in Jubei-chan, and he talks in that archaic way too.
Oh god I MISS Smoker's old voice actor! He was so badass, he totally made the character for me! Too bad he died though.... the new guy isn't that bad, had to get used to him.
So far, I love all of Kazuki Yao's voice acting... its strange yet fitting for this series. I didn't know what to expect for Franky's voice, but he's doing a good job.
As for the wacky characters.... If they're annoying already, I mean, so what if they have annoying voices? That's part of the character's charm, I'd say. It'd be boring if every character had "perfect" voices. This kind of series thrives on the weird and wacky. I love all the CP9 voices, they're all so fitting and some are weird as hell, lol!
And for the record, all the different laughs... God I love those! Dereshi is the best, can't wait to hear that one!

You must mean Satori. Hatori and Kotori were his two brothers which Nami and Gan Fall fought. Though those two were equally obnoxious.

Enel…I disliked it at first, but the VA eventually was able to put in all the malice and insanity the character needed. When he sets off for his fairy Vearth, it may be some of the bet acting I've ever heard - and the "Yahaha!" was perfect.Theres a few where the voice is okay, but the acting is mediocre; like Gan Fall, Tbone and Califa...and personally, I thought Arlong s voice could have been better. It was perfect for blackbeard though.
But the only ones that Really boil my temper are Mr. 3 and Coby.And I never noticed that Smokers voice changed o_o

Not noticing the change in Smoker's voice is understandable, considering he didn't appear for a really long time in between Alabasta and Loguetown. However, check out the episodes, the difference definitely is there. The old Smoker had a voice deep enough to rival Crocodile's. Too bad the guy had to die, his voice was really cool.

I love every character's voice in the series. And I almost expected Fukurou's voice, but not really. I was imagining it more like…..Satoshi from the Pokemon series, but a little higher. I also found it amusing taht Nami's substitute voice actor during Little Garden JUST HAPPENED TO BE her older sister, Nojiko. I adored Wanze's voice when I heard it, because it fit him to a T. Can't wait to hear Saul's voice, as other's have mentioned :DDD
