This is my guinea pig Gene Starwind. I adopted him from Pet's Mart last year. His former owner was abusive. But now he has a good home with me.

Eh, any excuse to post pictures of my little girl.
This is Sophie (alias The Smoosh). I adopted her from the humane society at the end of January. She is a brat and I spoil her. When I'm at work she chills in her bunny condo and when I'm home she has the run of all fo the apartment aside from my bedroom (which has yet to be properly rabbit-proofed).

I have 4 cats at my house.

Griffin: The oldest of the 4. She's 7 years old.

M.J: He's 6, and pissed most of the time.

Rachmonanoph, AKA Rocky: M.J's twin sister. Probably the friendliest out of the 4. She's the one I mentioned who got stuck on my roof a few months ago.

Jakobi: The youngest. He's 3 years old, and he's crazy!

Wow, Senshi. Rocky looks like that cat that comes over to my house everyday for attention. But that cat's name is Boots, and it is a female cat.

I'll try to post pictures of my two cats sometime. X3 They both came from the local animal shelter. The first one I got is Palmetto (don't know why), and she is five years old. She is a very fat American Bobtail with black stripes. The funny thing about Palmetto is that whenever she hears thunder or a loud sound, she runs under my bed for protection. XD

The second one is Sasha, and is seven years old. She is a thin tortouise shell, and front declawed. Sasha has a cute face and that is why we got her. The funny thing about her is that whenever I get a glass of milk, she'd beg for it, and I think her older owners use to give Sasha milk. But we don't feed her that, since it's not really that good for cats. Sasha needs to eatcat food with small pieces, because bigger chunks make her spit-up.

Both: Both the cats freak out when the food dish is empty, because they are use to it being full back at the animal shelter. Palmetto and Sasha both spend time in the front room where to sun is in morning time. Luckily, the mostly get along and share the blue cushion. ^^

Everyone's animals are exceedingly cute. I've always loved hamsters and guinea pigs, CLeo, ny hamster, died of cardiac arrest apparently. O_o

XD Yeah, she hates actually wearing costumes and stuff, but she doesn't mind me putting it on her… She just glares at me, and ignores me for all of... five-ten minutes. XD

I seem to be skilled in the fine art of taking flattering cat photos.

Also, it's not really a pet, but this grasshopper or whatever spent quite a while in my room making loud noises and flying around. I chased it with a camera and got some huge photos of it. Here's a (super resized) one. I figured a 2000 some by 1700 some image wouldn't fly so well here.

Oooh! Ziggy is GORGEOUS! That reminds me, my old nextdoor neighbors got a deliriously beautiful pair of maincoon cats that had been feral and they turned into sweet, hyper, crazy darlings.

This is my dog Izzy:

We got him from a dog rescue place, he'd been abandoned and roaming the streets for a long time until he was taken to the pound, where no one wanted him, so he ended up being taken in by the rescue league guys and put in a foster dog home for a while until we got him. He was allergic to the rabies vaccine and almost died, he got practically torn in half by a bigger dog when he ran outside to bark at the pizza delivery guy, he's dislocated his back jumping off of furniture a dozen times, and he once fell down a storm drain.

In short, this is the unluckiest dog ever. I love him for it.

Part of my other dog, Pierre, is up there in the second one, but I can never get a decent picture of him. He's really old and sick though, I hope I can get a picture of him before he dies (they both live back at my mom's house so I don't see them often anymore).

Actually, at the moment I don't have that many pets, compared to what I have had at times.

Only about 30 spiders, few roach colonies, few other insect colonies, an aquarium( for fish), opilionids, and another aquarium that has shrimps. (And I am planning to buy some praying mantises)
And of course my cat.

I don't actually even know how many animals I exactly have (As counting the roaches in my colonies is rather… difficult.)

I could list what animals I exactly have, but a long list of scientific names wouldn't really tell most of you anything...
