Spandam is done in such an amazing way it's unbelievable, he's looking like the best villian to date as of yet and the bit Wickio used for his Avatar is a great scene.

And yea... Spandam is scary X_x He's becoming more and more crazy as time passes, and his voice actor is so great it increases that feeling. At the part where he kicks Robin and Franky in the manga, the scene was almost comic the way it was done, but now it's just plain... brutal.

Man, that was good. Especially where it ended. Blueno has been doing pretty much ALL the fighting for CP9 since Iceburg's house. Time to see if Luffy has gotten any stronger since…um...oh wait, I guess that was yesterday for him.

I believe the anime did that just to stretch out the episode a bit. heh
I really didn't mind it though, it was kinda nice seeing those old scenes again.
I believe "Yosh" can tranlate to different things depending on the situation to express a form of determination, same has "Nakama", so I assume translators choose not to tranlate those words for that reason.
I believe Yosh can tranlate to. "All Right!" or "Yes!". heh

Because sometimes I feel like translating it… other times I feel like not translating it... So if you paid attention to the dialogue while reading the subtitles, you'd know it means alright like renton said I'll forgive you 
And an other word in the same kind we don't translate would be 'Oi' but I guess you can figure out what it means ^^'
