We all heard about Pluto, the ultimate weapon, the destructive force. I noticed the quote that pluto is the one that is gonna balance the power between the good or evil or something like that. What if franky memorized the blu prints and made it for the straw hat pirates. Pluto might be a ship. The most powerful ship that could be ever built. After the battle on Ernies lobby, surely they would be a threat to the world government. Since they are a big threat now they would need a stronger ship to use. Since it is the age of piracy and almost all the actions are takes place on the sea it might be a ship. Just a hunch.
