Ever since the forums came back up, I've had some huge loading problems. The page loads cut off mid-way. Frequently after the title of the thread box, sometimes after a few posts.
Reloading only helps SOMETIMES.
Anyone else have this? How have they resolved it?
i've got a similar problem. when i'm at work, the main page loads quickly, the sub-forums pages load quickly, but browsing threads takes forever to load.
but it's completely fine at home. i'm wondering what's wrong.
I'm having the exact same problem as Bounty1Berry. But I just keep hitting the reload button until everything comes up.
My first guess would be all the broken avatars and smilies on this page, that could definitely slow down load times depending on your browser and configuration.
Also considering you said the main page and subforums load fast, that is because they have no broken images.
EDIT: Nevermind, I found the thread that mentions the avatars. I haven't been checking up on all the threads lately, so I didn't notice.
We'll wait until … Wedensday (or Friday at the lastest) to see if wanderer-zero can send me all the avatars. If not, we'll need ask members to reupload them.
Either way, hopefully that will fix the problem... :/
