One Piece: Funniest Moments

My favorites are:
-SOGEKING!!!
-the davy back fights, all rounds
-Zoro and Sanji's constant bickering
-Nami's "infamy", changing on the train
-Zoro getting lost while looking for the bomb in arabasta arc, ends up outside city.

The scene from episode 63 where Luffy eats the fish and Sanji gets mad at him cause he wanted Nami to eat it and kicks him, which breaks the Log Pose Nami was wearing, then she kicks them into the ocean.

In the Lost Memories filler arc, when Sanji pulls Zoro´s face to get him to look happy, and Zoro whacks Sanji using Fuffy as a blunt instrument. Also in the Foxy filler when Zoro tries to catch an enemy´s sword between his palms and constantly fails because of Sanji. And, of course, this:

Episode 159 has some good stuff, like the conversation at 16:31, what Sanji says after that point, and Usopp's wavy tongue thing at a later point.

You could do an entire collage of the scenes where Usopp is saying he's the leader of X men. Not only are the answers absurd, they're inconsistent (he says 8 million when we first see him in the Viz translation, and we have the 8000 later)

When I first read this, I thought you were talking about some part I hadn't seen where Usopp says he's the leader of the X-men. (Like the superheros.)

I like the scene where Sanji and Zoro argue about who's…dinosaur is biggest during the Little Garden Arc. That always makes me laugh.

Hmmmm, probably for me it was when they are first on the Baratie & Sanji says something like Nami can eat Free but Ussop has to pay or something….Ussops facial expression after that is hilarious.

Yes. Even the lines after that are hilarious:

Also:
-the 15 meals line (in Alabasta after Luffy wakes at the castle)
-Chopper telling everyone Zoro was stuck in the chimney, then Zoro choking Chopper

From the movies:
Luffy: "Then… did you die?"
Everyone: "HE WOULDN'T BE TELLING YOU THIS IF HE DID!"
Guy (forgot his name): "I happened to be saved by a passing boat."
Luffy: "Oh, so you didn't die."
Eveyone: "NO DUH!"

And I for some reason, a find a certain part in the fourth movie funny, where the bounty hunter guy is all "I will defeat Gesparde!", then Luffy just slams him into the wall. XD

Oh yeah:
"Amazing. His expression hasn't changed at all!"
Wanze: "That was so scary..."
