The question is, however…does this belt actually ever show up in the anime or manga? And if so, who wears it? I'm really curious to know...thanks!
Not that I know of, but then again it really doesn't look like something someone in ONe Piece would wear; it looks a tad on the unOda-ish side.
I don't remember a belt like that in One Piece. It's a pirate-ish belt, but not One Piece-ish, in my opinion.
no, Its just a belt with a skull and crossbones on. nuff said, you can get them in Spain and such lol.

Looks like a run-of-the-mill indie/hipster type belt. It isn't an OP specific thing in the least.
It looks like more of a Rave Master thing. That REALLY turns up the whole hip thing.
well with the exception of the giant skull belt buckle it looks like Sanji's belt. Notice the sets of studs that go around it. you can really see his belt pretty clear in the early water seven chapters. even though it probably isn't official one piece merchandise that is still a rockin belt. I would wear that just because.
