Sesshomaru pisses me off because I can never spell his name right. =P

**> Sesshoumaru wasn't bad…..the first few times around. He always makes a big entrance and loses. "Cool" my ass, he's a totally cliche evil older brother.YES. He's just another hollow, cliche, bishonen "badboy." I think the only character I like in Inuyasha are Miroku, Koga, Totosai, and Jaken.
**Miroku and Sango are awesome, definitely a lot better than Kagome and InuYasha.
And Koga has the honor of being voiced by my favorite english voice actor, Scott McNeil. :D

Naru from LoveHina
I do not like the whole manga as a whole
I just think it has a terrible story and gets too repetitive -
LoveHina is like…porn without sex. (taken from somewhere I don't remember)
Annoying things? One word. FANGIRLS.

OH! I AGREE SO MUCH. I can't stand her. She's at the top of my list for this.
I don't like Happosai. It's ok if he shows up once or twice, but his appearances got really old - fast, and it's not that I hate Vivi, she has her moments, but I don't really like her.
I also don't see why people hate the cast of Inuyasha, (I like Sesshomaru) :( but I agree about Kagome … she's really annoying._

Oh god, Shuichi and Yuki from Gravitation. I don't even know how I missed this. They're annoying but semi-tolerable on their own, but when you stick them together, they kill my soul.

Oh, I really can't stand ("Cardcaptors") Sakura and Meiling, and sometimes Kero and Li. (I've only seen the anime dub, so I'm pretty biased since the dubs make everything more annoying. =__=)
Syaoran Li seems much better in "Tsubasa", though I still can't take Sakura. -
While I don't have quite the same level of loathing for the "cute but stupid" anime girls as my roommate, they can certainly get on my nerves after a while. Miaka from FY is pretty much at the top of my list, though; talk about your Mary Sue. Sheesh. <_< Practically everyone else from FY, too; there were a few good characters, but they tended to be underused in favor of pretty angst machines. Everybody in Weiss Kreuz, Ayeka and Mihoshi from all the Tenchi shows except Muyo (they were actually interesting and somewhat well-rounded in the original show, in all the rest the writers seemed to have forgotten some of their less prominent/annoying characteristics). Pretty much everyone from Love Hina, too. Valgarv from Slayers Try was a little boring/uncreative, which was disappointing since I'd thought he seemed interesting in the preliminary shots of him I'd seen.
Really, I tend to be less irritated by characters than I do by the writing in a lot of shows, especially in cases like Inuyasha and the subsiquent Tenchi series; they take what are basically interesting, well-rounded characters and then either keep them suspended in emotional limbo or they forget the parts of their personalities that made them interesting in favor of the more "memorable" ones. Like forgetting that there's more to Sanji than being lovestruck by women and cooking, or more to Nami than greed and having a short temper, or more to Luffy than being silly and loving meat. Sure, those are entertaining parts of the characters, but that's not all there is to them, and it really bothers me when the writers of a show forget that. They become steriotypes of themselves and that's just not as fun to watch. That's my main beef with a lot of anime, the writing. Characters I can usually find at least something interesting in there somewhere, but man, there's just no recovering from mediocre writing.

Not to mention when the characters are not treated as characters, but as plot devices. I have had my fill of characters being put in only as a way to get to another event in the lives of the "more important", and usually more popular, characters in the series. As a result, they become fillers, failing miserably at any attempted development as well as any attempt at hooking even the audience's sympathy, let alone attention.
Oh, quick question…did anyone else get bugged by Rekka Hanabishi? <_<

You mean Recca? Yeah, he did get on my nerves some, especially how he always called Yanagi "Hime" instead of her name. But I thought he was an awesome hero overall.

11.) No character bashing. (What is bashing?)
Sound familiar?
