He could easily mutate kaled into dalek.
Yeah but as far as I know there were certain factions in Classic Who who rebelled against Davros and
deemed him imoure. I think these were the real ruthless Daleks, the evil, turning against their creators.
Davie-Babez was Kaled, and old and withered, so naturally, he thought they were pure, being created from him.
But other Daleks wouldn't think that. They'd think of them as suck-up teachers pets Daleks.

Looking forward to seeing the return of the Angels, those things… Are creepy, efficient and brutal in an indirect fashion - Anyone heard of the fallen Time Lord = Angel theory? It's popular but I can't see it being true myself, even if Rassilon did mention them, if I recall.
I'm interested as to how this two-parter will go. As much as I loved the Angels the first time I'm not sure if the same effect will go on for a two-part episode.
I'm sure it'll be great tho.

The other reason I think they were Parting daleks (apart from "inferior" most blatantly pointing to human dna) is that the doc said they were "at the end of their tether" or something like that, which would point more to the insane "dalek god" emperor's shoddy daleks then Davros's incredibly powerful ones.

This is not the first time River Song has met the Doctor.
River Song has pictures of all the Doctors in her book.
River Song was in prison, she has a dispensation to go on this mission, as no-one else can do it, she believes an Angel is in a private collection, and needs the doctor to confirm this.
She mentions the opening of the Pandorica, so she is possibly in the finale.
Also, anyone else heard City of Spires yet? I'm on episode 3 (I listen to it on the way to work) and it's stories like this why I love Doctor Who. Not only is it a great story and has Colin Baker on top form - Jamie's back!

It does make me wish I hadn't bought Pest Control all those years ago. Wasn't impressed by that one and now I can get it pretty cheap.
I also picked up the 11th Doctor Novels: 'Night of the Humans.' 'Apollo 23' and 'The Forgotten Army' Apollo 23 is pretty good thus far.
Pretty awesome episode! So far I have been nothing but impressed with this series. (aside for the little hiccup that was Beast Below.)
Loved how they used some of the ideas from Silence/Forest for the Angels too!

From the preview, that crack appears again. I wonder, just wonder if the weeping angels are in anyway involved in the finale. The pandorica will open and silence will fall….maybe a reference to the angels? In this episode...that dead guy's voice said..the angels can't talk...

Anyway this episode was exactly what I had been expecting out of the series. Beast and Victory were far too weak but this was one of the strongest scripts in years. Absoloutely fantastic. Cant wait for the next one.

So I saw two new episodes, the episode with the last Sloveen(sp?) and the Game show episode.
In order:
The Sloveen episode was classy. The dialogue was excellent, very stimulating talk there. That face off between the Doctor and Margaret in the restaurant was intense. Two major cons though, a) ugh a time rift is so cheesy. All the other end of the world episodes had a reasonable cause. Like the Zombie London episode having a virus spread by highly advanced technology or the first Sloveen double parter involving manipulation of the government from within to set out nuclear war but this episode's plot was tantamount to a bomb that could destroy the world!!! Very lame and unimaginative. Second con, Mickey, I was on his side up to the point he started bitching DURING AN EARTHQUAKE. Then he became a dumbass ponce.
Now the Game Show episode…FANTASTIC. The games on their own were excellent especially Rose's which was really intense with people being killed one by one, the Doctor's was so cool with the way he rushed to what could have been certain death with no worries because he had so much faith in himself and Jack's...Jack where DID you hide that laser>.> Ah I love Jack, is he still around in the next season? Then there was that really heart-pounding bit where it seemed like Rose died. I didn't really believe she died but I was still worried. Watching the Doctor and Jack embrace like that in happiness that she was alive was so awesome. Pretty cool how they casually busted themselves to to the top floor btw. The ending was so great, I hate the previews for spoiling me that the Daleks were involved. But the Doctor's final speech on how he was gonna detect the Daleks, it felt... like a One Piece episode actually pardon the comparison with the obstacles being laid out like that and the declaration that they won't stop the hero. Excellent, excellent episode. I can't wait for next week.

Theres so bloody much Doctor Who pre-2005 which a lot of people are so close minded to that I havent even seen half of it yet and I've been blazing through it SINCE 2005
That was a great episode again. So we know more of this "crack in time". Can't wait to see what caused it and the pandorica….

Episode was great, though seeing the Angels 'move' was wierd - Do they really look like that when not stone… Or was their quantum-locking ability fluctuating rapidly, which accounts for their sluggish movement?
I thought the episode was so-so.
Seeing the Angels move was meant to be out of bounds because WE can see them. I'm sure thats what the Moff said before.
Also Amy trying to bone The Doctor was just weird and inappropriate.
Loved the episode, but I expected the angels to become more organic when moving.
Flesh and Stone really has secured me about the series.
I must admit, I've had my doubts.
Episodes 1-3 Felt like they had something missing. They didn't even feel like they had that spark RTD Era Moffat eps had. Beast below had pacing problems and no real end goal,
which made a lot o stuff eel like padding. And Victory of the Daleks also had pacing problems, And Amy had NO individuality, she was just SO generic and bland in that script.
BUT, Time of Angels improved that. And Flesh and Stone was fantastic, I really loved it. Great episode. Seeing the Angels move for me was great, because there were
several times during the episode when nobody was looking at them, and they just stood still, and I was wondering a bit "why aren't they doing anything" - So movement was nice.

I like to think it was the angels struggling to control their defense mechanism and thus turning from and to stone extremely rapidly.
The doctor from the future was in this episode, did you lot notice? After he went off with River & Octavian, the doc came back and told Amy to remember something that he told her when she was 7. This Doctor was a wearing a jacket, it was clearly noticeable. I only noticed this when others on another forum i go to, pointed it out.
I wonder what that was all about? It musta been important for him to come back like that.

through the forest with River is jacketless, sleeves rolled straight down, and he wears a Gold watch, as seen in fanpics and publicity pics for TOA & F&S.

And another clue, I'll give you is very clearly presented in Episode One, the problem is people misunderstand it, which is understandable,
as at the time it doesn't seem much. But, another clue (concerning 11th Hour specifically) "Shadows".
There are also different clues in TBB, specifically after the 9 minute mark.
Look out for him In VOV, and also there's an ominous ending scene concerning a series arc

! FutureDoc isn't posing as the Doctor in the episode, he's acting behind the scenes, helping, if you will. He's only "seen" after that, working behind the scenes, especially concerning the Sonic. If you look closely, when little Amelia runs out of the house, there is an ominous shadow going past the kitchen window. Everyone, myself included thought this was Prisoner Zero. It was FutureDoc
