Sorry if I went over the "scene" limit. 
Battle Royale really isn't all that bad. There are a few scenes that are up there though, the crotch-stab scene comes to mind.
Silent Hill's instant-skinning was pretty gross but the no cut-away shot of the human getting roasted over a fire was just awful.
Anything Miike has pulled out is pretty awful. That woman who practically bled milk from her breasts was awful in Gozu.
Most of Dead Alive…. there was so much blood and gore it looked bright pink... oh and that scene where that old guy ate that pudding after the zombie grandma shot some of her nasty goo into it.... god, that's making me sick thinking about it....

-Men behind the sun: the cat scene. Cruelty against animals always pissed me off.
-Canibal Holocaust: turtle/monkey scenes. Same than above.
-Guinea Pig: Flower of flesh and blood: the whole damn movie. Disturbing as hell. It even made Charlie Sheen (who was probably coked up out of his mind, but still) report the movie to the FBI cause he thought it was a real snuff film.
-Jacob's ladder: the hospital's basement
-Audition: kilikilikilikili… Yeah, Miike is f%¨§ed up.
-Necronomicon/ Whispers: the final scene. The whole stuff is pretty disturbing, but that last scene really has an air of despair and complete horror/madness that stayed in my mind until now. One of Yuzna's more powerful works.
-Jacob's ladder: the hospital's basement

WARNING: Read the first two at your own risk. The first one gave me nightmares. Note that I'm not good with movie/series titles nor characters.
! There was this horrible movie on TV (forgot the name), but there was this lady who came to her friend's house, because she heard screams, and the friend knocked her out. Next, the lady found her self lying on the bed with her wrists and legs tied to the poles. The horrifying part that the "friend" wanted to take out her kidney (while the lady on the bed was still AWAKE :ohmy:). So the "friend" started stabbing the other girl with pins you use for surgeory. Luckily, this cop came in and noticed something was wrong, so luckily, the lady on the bed was saved, with only a few pokes. -.-'
! Another unknown show when this lady had a nightmare that her daughter was gutted and her organs were in a bucket. The surgeon was in the corner cowaring. The sad thing is that the daughter's teddy bear was in a pile of her blood. :sad:

Mars Attack- At the end, the martians' brains exploded from a tune on broadcast.
Eight-Legged freaks- When one of the enourmous spiders was sucking blood out of one of the people, and was screaming horribly. That was very disturbing.
Freddy's Dead; The Final Nighmare- When the kids were trying to catch Freddy Kruegar, and his head skull split in two. Also, his arms grew, and they…:urg:.
Halloween H2O- The ending, when Mike Myer's head was chopped off and his head rolled in the grass. XP
Passion of the Christ- When Jesus was getting beaten by the "Cat of 9 Tails*. I didn't see the whole thing, because it was awful. :bawling:
House season finale last night.
! Although it turned out to be a delusion by Dr. House, some pretty gross stuff happend. First a man with a swollen tongue had some kind of blood problem. First his eye got filled with blood and then it literally popped out the eye socket. Later on there was a scene where the doctor is helping him go to the restroom, and the dude keeps saying "Its getting bigger!" and the doctor that he was getting aroused but changed his mind when he saw how panicked he was. He went to take a closer look and his penis exploded (in a bad way >_<). It was probably the most disgusting thing I've seen on cable TV…

Brad Redfield, if you liked Suspiria and you haven't seen other Argento works, then I recommend Deep Red, Tenebre, The Bird with the Crystal Plumage and Opera.
I've been dieing to see Deep Red, but none of the video stores around here carry it. :sad: However, I might be checking out Opera soon.

Yeah, I've heard about it. Never actually wanted to see it because of that. Same with Old Boy. I had my share of animal cruelty with Men Behind the Sun and Cannibal Holocaust.
Good choices, Eraserhead is great. Man Bites Dog is one of my favorites as well, mainly because of the main actor Benoit Poelvoorde, I consider this guy as a genius.
Another classic in the fucked up genre is Pier Paolo Pasolini's Salo or the 120 days of Sodom. Hard to stomach, to say the least.
edit I didn't see you mentioned it in your first post. My bad. There's also the new kind of horror movies like Murder Set Pieces who're to horror what gonzo is to porn, always more extreme, I'm not a fan of the stuff but that's still disturbing.
The Feebles, one of Peter Jackson's first movies, is also disturbing in that "have your childhood memories crushed by a shitstained boot" way.
Oh, I've just remembered a good one. Any of the 'Red Asphalt' series. Things from dead babies, to scraping brains off wind shields, to severed torsos, and all of it is real footage. They showed it to us in driver's ed~ I gotta say, there is just something unsettling about the whole thing.

messes with the controls for the robot they are using for the operation and kills the patient in a very very gory way
Well, last week on Robot Chicken that had a very disturbing scene with the Snuggles bear. Those of you who saw should know what I mean. Just the whole concept disturbed me.

No movie, no matter how gory or gross, has made me feel like vomiting as much as that one did.
I don't watch alot of this kind of stuff, so some of mine might seem "tame" in comparison. 
There's a film called The Visitation, and even though it was a Christian film, it had some fairly disturbing situations in it (namely the kid getting crucified in the flashback).

Yeah, I don't really watch gross movies. Bad monster movies? All over that. Gross movies? I'll pass. I just saw FD3 becuase my friend was being a whiny idiot and wouldn't shut up unless we saw it. Did get some laughs though.
I will agree that Audition is just seriously messed up.

I've never found the cheesy slasher flicks of Jason, Freddy, Michael, etc to be the apex of gore or fright, but one scene that one scene in Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, where Freddy controls Philip by acting as puppeter though the kid's ripped out veins was unsettling the first time I saw it. Still pretty freaky I think. Not to mention, creative as hell.
