Is it just me or are One Piece and Rise of Legends a new RTS game related?
Alabasta Kingdom vs. Kingdom of Alin
Alabasta is a desert Kingdom and the 'most civilised island on the grandline' according to Vivi. However the once mightly kingdom is at the edge of civil war by the time the Straw Hats arrived.

Skypiea vs. Cuotl
The Upper Yard is a dense jungle with towering trees and animals. Shandians and Skypians war upon each other. Skypians worship Eneru a self declared God. Shandian appeared to have mesoamerican theme. Skypiea have dials, a advance form of technology compared to the blue seas.

Water7 vs. Vinci city states
There are 7 shipyard companies before Iceburg united them. Water7 is also home to Puffing Tom, a steam train, the most high tech vehicle in One Piece. Iceburg a brilliant shipwright now leads Water7.
