I did find this one from 245 though (horribly animated episode)!
For one thing, Lucci looks like Abraham Lincoln…crossed with a hippy. Secondly, the depth perception is really askew....I don't know how far away that window is supposed to be, but it just looks like Robin is really tiny. XD

some scenes i thought looked horrible in eps 10-11… even though, almost the entire Kuro arc is badly drawn....
Usopp got the worst of it….
in that first one, it kinda looks like his arm is broken...
and the "painterly" one.... i dunno, those scenes bugged me...oh and Luffy's scar is healing up somehow >.> (yeah, it was a keyframe or something)

Like Carter, it's not the drawings in themselves- it's jsut that they have none of the emotion of the manga, and both are some of my favourite scenes…For instance, compare:

The problem with Franky in anime is they gaave him an 10 pack abs, in the manga he olny had 6 pack abs. His body is bigger then his head. This is why I prefer manga better, where the art is not done by differance inexpranice artist.

I mean, it looks like he was given the Spandam treatment…an off center nose is very noticable with Arlong. It doesn't help that the anime generally drew his face wrinkly and chubby compared to the manga.

Though I don't have any pictures of it, there are many scenes in the Arlong arc where his head is completely misproportioned with his body. He looks like a football player on steroids. Does anybody else know what I am talking about?

guaaaaah, what movie is that from. remind me not to see that one. it would hurt my eyes too much. Even the badly drawn scenes in the anime are good compared to these. I can draw better than that damn it, and I never even got accepted into illustration.

Aw, don't worry, while there are some awfully drawn scenes in movie 6, there are some well-drawn ones too. Overall I think it has a higher artistic quality then the other One Piece movies, even if it's not so polished. In fact the majority of people I know who actually have good things to say about the movie are the ones that have some art and film background.

That's funny, because I can't find a single non-Japanese name in the credits for the film.
And once again, I love the animation (And style) in Movie 6 to death. It's just… different. And besides, if you just take snapshots like that out of a piece made to keep things moving pretty much all of the time you're bound to end up with a shot or two that looks awkward out of context.

Really likes the art style for movie 6 and is doing Bachelor of Design at UniThey used the same animation for some Naruto episodes; the simplistic style is a trade-off for fluidity, and it makes some of the battle scenes look really awesome (And produces lots of interesting screen-caps…). I can understand why some people don't like it. It's very different and that doesn't suit everyone's tastes. But I personally think it's great XD
Plus, it's nice to see them mix up the animation a little.
