Need some help with upload problems!

Ok this is a serious matter. I promised somebody to upload something for him and right now nothing works as it should. No matter if I try yousendit, rapid share or megaupload, the upload speed keeps constantly decreasing and remains somewhere between 1,5 KB´s to 3,5 KB´s per second. With really huge files this is a serious pain in the rear end.

The funny thing is that I´ve so far never had problems with uploads. I mean I´ve also upoaded anime raws for pals a while ago and it all went pretty smoothly, but right now it doesn´t work as it should.

The even bigger problem is not the speed but that the upload hangs itself up later on. This is the second day in a row that this keeps happening so I really don´t know what to do.

Is it a problem that can be compensated or am I just doomed? Download speeds work within the regular (fast) perameters for me though. I´m utterly clue- and hopeless.

if you have torrents on, that could seriously decrease your speed. though if anything, I'm thinking maybe it has something to do with your ISP =\

Please excuse my stupid question, but I´m not that good with all that computalk so I just want to go sure. If you say ISP then are you refering to my provider?

isp = internet service provider

so yes, its the provider

So if it is an ISP problem, then it is a problem at their end, right? In other words there´s nothing that I myself can do to overcome it. Is that correct? :molly:

you could call them asd tell them about it, there may be a problem with your modem, or maybe your networking etc.

Lol, yeah that´s a wise advice. But unfortunally these blasted things tend to happen on weekend times when nobody but the accursed "if you have a problem with your blah blah blah, press button 1" thing is on. :laugh:

I guess I have to wait until Monday then. As always when I promise to do something for somebody. :sad:
