Kazuki Yao kicks ass. He does Lt. Yuki in Fullmetal Alchemist too. I was watching it the other day, and recognized that extremely flamboyant voice. I love it.
Yeah, Jango, Mr. 2, and Franky are all also voiced by Kazuki Yao.

if they confront each other then they will use a diffrent voice for the characters. in a one piece movie they used a diffrent voice for jango and they will probably use that same voice actor for him.

Yes, but in the soccer special both Jango and Bon-chan are on the enemy side, and he did both of their voices… And in the episode at the end of Arabasta that had both in it in the same section they still had the normal seiyuu...

Kazuki Yao is just flat out awesome. The only non-OP role I've heard him in is Onizuka's crooked cop friend from GTO, and he did great there.
Might be my favorite seiyuu.
