Has it been revealed why Arlong was shown in the episode preview yet? I can't watch the raws so I'm curious to know what's going on.

Nope, nobody knows yet! We're eagarly awaiting the next raw! My guess is its a Nami flashback.
I'm really liking this filler arc so far - although has anyone else been bothered by the animation quality? Nami, Robin, ad Luffy's faces look odd to me.

It sure looks interesting. I think they will somehow regain their memory and get back together.
It's interesting to see how Nami stole her own money and ran away with them.. ^^;;
Robin seems.. lost…

[snapback]767[/snapback]Yeh, the crew have lost their memories, all except Robin. I think Arlong will just be a flashback, because Nami still believes the mermen are still in control of Cocoyashi island, probably why she pinched her own loot and ran.

[snapback]1167[/snapback]Did you download the HDTV versions from Saiyaman? I got the HDTV 220 (damn thing took 5 days to DL on my dial-up) and I can't get it to play either. The sounds is fine, but no visual. I suspect I need some weird codec or something.

I had no probs with the HDTV raws. Perhaps, you guys should update your codecs?!

For people not able to contact saiyaman's site, there is always the Chinese subbing group (maplesnow) that releases episodes a few hours after they air. The quality is just the same, usually better, you just need to put up with some Chinese subs. http://bt.greedland.net/index.php?cateId=8

Question: The crew has lost their memories. I understand that. Are their memories now completely blank slates though? Or do they remember up to a certain point?
If the latter, it sounds alot like an episode of Angel I remember, where, in an attempt to get back a full amnesiac's memory, they perform a spell that causes everyone to lose their memories up to their teen years. This was particularly funny since one guy was a total wuss/klutz, and Angel himself was a teenager back in the 1700's or so.

I rather think this arc is badly drawn…And that guy with the sea-horse looks like the one in the fifth movie (I think...). I like the story though, but I'm more interested in what Zoro's gonna do. The smile Sanji gave Luffy made me melt...(Total SanLu fan here).
Still can't download bit torrent files, but I found a website that let's me download the files (without any form of making the file smaller...ah, my computer!!)-^^
