Poor quality or not, i must say OP's fight scenes are just so amazing. They really manage to get a person excited about the fights.
So much better than squigly lines dissapearing and appearing everywhere and people creating balls of ki in their palms.
The first panel on the last page is so OMFGAWESOME!

Luffy maybe a little powered up, since it's a fight against Lucci. The guy did a Shigan against him! I'm sure Luffy will be waiting until Lucci transforms into Leopard Man before he changes into Gear Second. Or at least, I'm hoping so. I want to see how far can he go in normal (and pumped up) mode against the strongest member of CP9

If that was his head, it'd be too out of model. The "neck" is too skinny and the "head" is too large. That's why it's probably a gust of wind being released from the shell. Also, a few chapters ago Chopper hit Sanji in the head which cracked the shell. He probably freed himself by wiggling out of it. His clothes probably had to stay because they were un-movable, and Sanji might have been in a rush.

Either he's looking for a new pair or he might be running around….naked. >_>

With Luffy v Lucci, I think the difference in Luffy's strength level from Blueno is simply due to this being a completely pissed off Luffy. He always gets alot stronger and faster when he gets really riled up, and he seemed to be taking the Blueno fight rather casually. (I still think he would have won without the 2nd gear anyways rather easily, just things would have dragged out longer there).

Actually, I understood that Sanji is NOT where he begin fighting with Califa. He was throwed away to the room below, interrupting Nami, Chopper and the haired CP9. Nami than goes to Califa's room.
