Whats that manga called(dont know name)

I was flipping through jump 21-22 and saw an intresting manga. The art style looked like oda's (somewhat). It was right after mr.fullswing. It was on chapter 12. Does anyone know the name and what it is about

Tsugihagi. The main character must been based on Luffy's design. And then there's a Sanji look-alike, then a Usopp look-alike.

Also reminds me of Hunter X Hunter.
