The weight-lifting events would be between Franky, Luffy, and Chopper heavy point–admitedly the least likely of the three.
Luffy might lose some events because his arms strength down when lifting.

High jump: Bellamy -
I think Captain Smoker would win the long jump. He can disintegrate in mid-air and reform once blown 50 metres down.
Kuroobi wins the Judo event, obviously.
Team Elbaf makes off with the Javelin event.
Kuro gets disqualified because he can't stop at the end of the 400 metres.

Personally, I guess Foxy would win the race. He'd make even Kuro slow as hell, and leap to the finish in what seems like half a second to his opponents.

Crocodile would win pretty easily at racing and jumping-type events, as would Smoker. Disentigrate into sand/smoke and re-from at the finish line.

I'm going to assume that flying doesn't count as jumping because that's too cheap. In that case, Chopper wins damn near everything.

Arm point - weight lifting
And more I can't think of. However, Karoo wins all the running games. And, even though these guys win the games…Mr. 2 gets all the medals.

Hina would rule at wrestling or judo. Same with Robin.
Gold medal in the marathon: Chopper (running point, of course)
