I watch it from time-to-time and remembered one of the character names being Kilala.
To answer your second question, I think there's only a fanart section for OP, but you can make a thread to post your's up.

Oh, that won't be neccessary. I've been etching to do an OP drawing, but haven't had the time. I'll have more free time after i'm done with some school assignments. Plus, spring break is next week.
