4KIDS dub sub-section

hi all, i think it would be nice and useful to have an anime subsection about the 4KIDS dub.

because:

it bothers me, and maybe others, to see people starting threads about the american dub when this forum is definitely worldwide. (this "what if a dub voice actor blablabla" particularly ticks me)
that would maybe filter people who only watch the dub and wouldn't mix the 2 versions in the discussion which sometimes can bring spoilers or misunderstanding.
i wouldn't read the name zolo anymore.

that's it. i think other people can definitely find better reasons than mine to start one.

I don't see why it would tick you… It's just a harmless topic. And you did say this is a topic for worldwide One Piece dicussions. That includes the English dub.

But really... I don't even think there are enough dub topics to justify a forum space only for it.

But Narutofan.com's forums has it's own English dub space, so I guess it wouldn't hurt. I really don't care either way, to be honest.

It doesn't really matter to me, but IMO, the 4Kids topic in the anime board is enough dub-bashig for now. Honestly, I don't think anyone here enjoys the dub, and one topic is really all we need.

I disagree, cause I think it would encourage dub watchers to come here. The lazy bastards need to download the subs and watch if they wanna fit in here.

I like the idea, seeing that there are subsections for Kaizoku and Gerusama (but those are mainly for releases I guess. don't check out the sections).

I'm kidding, just the last thing I wanna see is that forum bring in alot of dubbies who then go everywhere and post their nonsense, even the fansubs forums. Also some members here might get into a mood and start flaming there.

That raises another question, after seeing the 4kids forums I notice dubbies flame alot. So I'm just saying, this could be very good, but it could also be very bad. If it is done it would need to be done right.

The decision was against the idea. General attitude of our forum members are against dubs, and if we are to create a board for dubs, it'll most likely be filled with negative opinions and we don't encourage that idea. Please continue dub discussion on the exisiting thread. Thank you
