I think cops are supposed to be able to see through also. A teacher I had ho was a cop said they could even fine for those stickers that people put on the back. Then he added that they find a lot by colleges because a lot of people have the "I go to…." stickers.

vinyl like stickers, or the plastic stuff that is used for window clings (re-usable) I want to know how I would go about making my own window clings. got a cool idea for them (not telling) and I want to customise my own stuff.
