Ok I got some questions that have to do with OP and that don't. Does Kuro return cause I saw a clip where he's fighting Ussop and chopper is there.

Another question is what does blankitty blank prefection mean.Like in shaman king it says aurimory(i spelled it wrong) prefection and i hear it everywhere. ex.:so-so city is in blank-blank prefecture.:ninja: Whats that mean!!
