I have moved all posts containing thoughts on Robin to a different thread. Please continue anything about Robin on that thread, and keep Sanji discussion on this thread.
Also, I saw some name callings in past posts. Please remember the forum rules and follow it. Next time when we see the similar behavior, warnings will be given. Please keep the discussion civil :]

i think sanji is going to fight funkfried because that give's him a chance to powerup. we haven't seen sanji dent steel with his kick's before and funkfried give's him a chance when he goes half elephant and half sword. sanji is already fast enough but what he lacks is power. if he fights funkfried and actually puts a dent into him then he's going to become quite formidable. beating funkfried is not going to be an easy task since he is going to be steel and have an elephant's girth.

I think we're likely to see a sanjified version of Rankyaku too. I mean come on, the move was introduced for sanji to learn it.

if luffy was in Sanji's shoes he will do it no matter what, coz he kept a promise <333 ^_^ -
The point is that Sanji DID attempt to fight Kalifa. Trying+failing is much different than saying "No way, she's MUCH too beautiful." and sitting around WAITING to be beaten to a bloody pulp. The point is when he was drinking tea with Kalifa, he said, "Wait a minute! I shouldn't be doing this! I should fight you!" and he tried. It didn't WORK, but he did.
