That was certainly an interesting chapter. I want to join those who wonder if that bath will affect her DF power any. I doubt it, yet I'm curious. Chopper's transformation is huge, I can't wait to see how he fights with it. Even though he most likely doesn't know what's going on. It looks like it might be slow, but I think I'm going to be surprised with how he moves and fights.
Kalipha in the tub…I guess I can't say anything no one else has said. Ever since the confrontation we've seen more and more into her personality, and she seems to be quite arrogant. When they first revealed themselves, I assumed she'd be more reserved and focused on getting her job done. Probably because she was introduced as a secretary. Overall, it is great to see their real personalities. Before they left Water 7, the most we really knew about them after being revealed was that Lucci was blood-thirsty.
Anyways, enjoyed the chapter and waiting for next week.

Woot, we get to see my favoirte SH(Nami) in action. On top of that we some some Calipha fanservice. I know in 403 Chopper mentioned that Sanji looks like he was covered in glass. I don't think Calipha's DF is glass powers. Rather IMO she has a bubble-bubble fruit hence the bath scene. In the next chapter Nami will learn her thunder tempo is INEFFECTIVE against Calipha's DF because the bubbles act as an insulator to electricity. Another perk to the DF, as Sanji unfortunatly found out, is that when the bubbles cover you in a film it acts like a forcefield.
All I can say about Kumadori's battle is that one thousand years of training couldn't prepare him for this.:laugh:
EDIT: Is it just me or does "evil" Chopper's nose look like Kaku's.

Is the cover story revealing their real purpose in life or just their part time jobs ?
maybe they'll even open up their own all in one store paintings,pizza fire fighter, army, pancake delivery school and it would be great to see daz bones and crocodiles inner selves.The chapter itself is great, Kumadori is about to get some more pain, but even without chopper resorting to the 3rd rumble he was able to deal some damage.
So now with chopper turned into a yeti we should see either unbelivable amounts of violence or cuddling from a misunderstood beast, my bets are on option A.Calipha and nami are going to have one hell of a fight as soon as calipha gets out of the tub and I love the fact that she kept her glasses on her head:wub:

Everything has been said already about monster Chopper in the spoiler thread, but now there's little doubts Calipha's df powers are related to soap and bubbles. Look at Nami, she's lying a few meters away from Calipha's tub, and she's still surrounded by soap-like stuff.
That would explain why Sanji was all shiny, she cleaned him, must have been that smell of cigarette and seafood, she didn't like it. Sexual harrasment!

Monster Chopper is really fecking scary… I think it's the tiny eyes. Like in that one Christmas Carol movie, with the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come.

The other thing I would like to know as nami is a master theif how the hell did she manage to let the moment califa was in the bath slip away. Ahem I think it would have been highly unlikely for kalifa to chase after her naked so she should have gone through her pockets and stolen her keys. Throw it down to sanji-kun then get back to give miss squeeky clean a once over (so to speak) . All this time aswell i was so worried about sanji being hit by some strong fibre glass or something when all the girl did was clean him up a bit….huh one piece never fails to amaze me.

Hope I don't offend all the sanji fans but by the looks of things sanj's the only one thats been ko-ed so far and it looks like even nami's about to get some development and as chopper's just revealed yet another point where does that leave poor sanji in the pecking order (not that it matters actually) but hope he at least gets up after the fight with kalifa.

I really want to see what happens to Chopper after that. Who thinks we will continue with monster Chopper next chapter and he will defeat Kumadori?

For sanji, he could have beaten Califa if it wasnt for the fact he didn't want to acutally hit a woman, he's still strong, he just happend to lose in this certain battle. Going back to fight against her again would be dumb, he should go up against some other cp9.
Also I think whatever Califa did to him will wear off after a while, like Foxies Noru Noru beam.

I wasn't suggesting getting up to fight kalifa (we all know he won't sacrifice his beliefs). I was thinking more along the lines of helping nami get the key (if kalifa does have it) to zoro and usso…I mean sogeking. By the way wasn't Robin's cuffs no4?, i can't remember.

Chopzilla looks cool and all, I'm kind of disappointed that Chopper isn't going to win this fight himself but let his alter ego deal with it. Chopper's true development is yet to come, he can't resort to the Rumble overdose every time.
Anyway, after seeing the second part of the chapter I'm in heaven, not only does it seem that my prediction about the bubble powers is coming true, but we also get to see Cali-chan taking a bath! And, to top it off, Nami kicking ass with her new attacks and her smart tactics. She used "Thunder Charge" to generate a ball of lightning on the end of her staff and then "Swing Arm" for that revolving lightning tech. But that was only a way to lure Calipha into her trade-mark "Thunderbolt Tempo"! I bet Soru can't didge lightning! ^_^

So yeah, it's kinda confirmed that Sanji's no longer a top fighter. Even if he lights his shoes on fire and starts kicking around, there's not really anyone to kick. Unless he just steals someone's fight, which would suck.
Lucci eating a third Rumble Ball probably wouldn't do much, anyway. It seems like a reconfiguration, not a total power boost. Like, "monster form" probably isn't as strong as Arm Point's arms, it's just his wild capability. And seeing as how Lucci had massive all around power and incredible fighting ability anyway, it probably wouldn't do much good.
And to be honest, Chopper already won the fight. His Rumble Ball expired way back in 404, and he fought harder afterwards than probably most of us really thought he could. He's Floyd Mayweather on steroids against Chris Byrd. Not that overdosing on a powerful drug is a copout anyway.

I'm still not convinced we won't see a last switch and Sanji will fight Jyabura while Us…ogeking will scrap the bottom of the barrel and end up against Spandam/Funkfried. Which would definitely suck, indeed.

We're giving Chopper alot less credit than we should. He used the rumble ball early to help Nami. I'd bet if he used it only when he fought Kumadori, he could've won. Look at his new attack; it passed through Tekkai Gou and dealt massive damage still, albeit with recoil.
