Lo people. Was rereading skypiea arc and got to chapter 260. In the 4th panel, we see usopp clutching sanji? Whats the point of the arrow? Usually they show humourous events am i right? What just happened in this panel?

Usopp listening for Sanji's heartbeat on Sanji's right side. The heart is located on the left side of the body. The arrow points to where Usopp's hand is and presumably where Usopp listened for a heartbeat. So he thought sanji died
