Call me a sadistic bastard, but some of my favourite OP moments are the ones where the villains truly show their villainness, and make you go "that BASTARD!" or "…shit, that guy is Twisted", or "Damn he's badass"
So seeing as how we've already discussed favourite villains, I thought this was a natural step; after all, favourite villain isn't always the most evil, or one can think other villains had evil moments...
So anyway, post your evil moments, here's mine:

Kuro (Taken from the danish translation): "For 3 years, I've pampered the little princess...And done everything she wanted...Only to experience this day...Your Dying Day! The great Captain Kuro, Terror of the seas, was the butler of a little girl...! No one can understand what an agonizing indignity it has been!"

Arlong: 3 way tie: 1:Killing Bellemere and laughing
2: "WHEN-DID-I-BREAK-MY-PROMISE?", and 3: "Nami and I... we're friends!"

Crocodile: 5 small words: You canno save this country. Right there: my all time favourite scene in OP. Seeing Luffy punch him felt sooo good after that.
Another powerful moment was him impaling Luffy, and drying him out...I loved how they did it in the anime. "Once again...You lose...Straw Hat Luffy."

There isn't any really evil moment in one piece compaired to other manga. None of the moments would even make my top 10. OP has triumphent, sad, funny, and moments that bring HEAVY nostalgia afterward. You want those moments back.

But no evil sadistic moments that were THAT good.

I don't even read that much manga either lol

When I see someone have to burn their own mother at the cross in OP…..I'll rush back to this topic.

This isn't evil moments compared to other manga. It's just OP (I don't read that much manga either)
Concerning your example, i was talking about moments centered around a villain. I'd say falls under the the "sad" or "dramatic" category, unless some major twisted asshole forced the person in your example to burn his/her mother.

And Btw, you must have seen some disturbing things if you don't think chapter 198 and 78 are first class examples of villainism.

No doubt these are great parts of the series. The crocodile part gives me goosebumps when I read it because it kicks so much ass….

But you need to read Berserk dude.

Berserk is ''violent'' and ''shocking''. One Piece has villainy that is brutally dramatic. Berserk makes me go ''Eww…'', One Piece makes me go ''God no...''.

In that aspect, and especially the emotion that surrounds the characters, I find the villiany in One Piece to be much more impacting.

Son Conan

-Morgan ordering one of his men to kill Rika.

-Wapol laughing at and insulting Hiruluk after his death.

-Bellamy's crew beating up Luffy and Zoro for being dreamers.

-Norland's execution, where the king has a man claim to be on Norland's crew and say that there was no city of gold.

-Ener destroying Angel Island.

Yeah, I forgot that one…one of Wapols only "evil moments".

Another one that comes to mind is Ener saying:"...Yes, their families will need funerals" And then after toasting an enraged Gan Forr: "In this world, there IS a god...ME."

ill go with crocodile everything he does is evil ie when he puts luffy and the gang in the cell and throws the key and the banana crocodile eats it there suppose to find the croc and even if they find the key he has the real one i was like what the f**K and for everything else he has to have something to back it up

So far (from what I've seen), Crocodile has been the most evil and truly threatening villian yet.

Did you read the manga, understand what was actually going on, and were you able to comprehend the brutalness of what some of the characters have done? I mean are a little kid? "eww"? Berserk just isn't for you then….

Griffith sacrificed his entire army so that he could become the 5th god hand. All of them except Gutts and Caska were killed by the apostles (the monsters).

Gutts murdered that child while escaping the tower after assassinated the man who tried to kill Griffith way back early in the manga.

Wylde murdered the people who helped the hawks while they were traveling away from midland and raped the girl who seemed fond of Gutts. Then they mutilated their bodies and put them on sticks as they chased after the hawks.

Seprico was forced to burn his onw mother to death at the cross in fear of making Farenze mad.

The church tortured anyone to death that didn't comply with their divine laws.

There is no compairison here....just because Berserk is too much for you doesn't mean it's bad guys aren't ten times more philisophical and their reasons for killing aren't insanely sadistic and evil.

Yeah. Whoopdeedoo. Violence is cool. Whatever. Yeah, I read the manga. Yeah, I understood what was going on. And no, the author's explicate need to bathe everything in blood and gore in order to desperately leave an impression didn't impress me in the slightest.

It was brutal, sure. That doesn't mean a single damn thing. In fact, it made Berserk cheap. After a while, I just chuckled whenever somebody got violently slashed apart, because it was getting overused and lost its impact after, well… the first time. If you measure the power of a scene by how violent it is, then... Well, whatever. Do as you see fit, I guess. And that's all I say on the matter, because I don't really see the need to defend myself from your pro-Berserk rantings.

I just think the villainy in One Piece is a lot more impacting, okay? That doesn't make me a retard who doesn't understand just how cool violence is and who is too young to grasp the truely deep and philosophical undercurrents that flow through big, brutal guys raping little girls and putting mutilated bodies on sticks.

Drama sucks. Kiss and make up or whatever, but do it in PM.

Me neither. All I know is that it's pretty much implied that Flamingo was behind it, and both S & B were moving against their own will. The fact that Bellamy had that blood-curdling scream at the end, or whatever it was and with how they're both his UNDERLINGS made me think 'wtf kind of a captain would do this to his own crew?'

3. Eneru 'killing' Konis's father.

4. Spandam lying and having Tom killed (or taken away).

5. Kaku killing Merry (ok, so it probably wasn't intentional, but it was shocking nontheless)

Arlong shooting Bellemere and then forcing Nami to work for him really takes the top evil spot for me. And this is a minor thing compared to some of the other stuff, but when Mohji burned the pet food shop just to spite Chouchou, that was pretty nasty.

If I'm not mistaken I stated my opinion and was ready to move on….you guys dragged me back in and made me continue. Put it this way....if I posted a funniest Berserk moments there'd be people who would say there aren't but two funny moments in all of Berserk (which is true).

And Mog you don't know what you're talking about unless you just skimmed through the whole manga and were too "disgusted" to actually read it.

Don Krieg making Gin breathe MH5 was pretty darn ebil, too.

Crocodile impaling Luffy made me stop breathing for a second the first time I read it. It was just so brutal and amazing. It's easily one of my favourite scenes in any manga ever, not just in OP.

What other people have already said, I agree with. Arlong killing Bellemere, Krieg gassing Gin, Kuro's whole "So I can kill you" speech etc.
