Awh, poor Oda-sensei!!!! Hopefully he gets better, soon! And with that said, even with Oda sick he should still be around 3 chapters ahead anyways like said in SBS that one time; so maybe we'll get some for awhile and then not for awhile…or am I just plain lunie?

Yep. There's something in the air…all of these mangaka getting sick or injured. Now it's hit the big ones. (Bet money Naruto's mangaka will be next)
I hope the anime doesn't become affected by this like Konjiki no Gash Bell's did.

Sounds harsh but it just says on hold. Hope he has a speedy recovery! ^_^ I don't mind the wait. It sucks to be sick now, especially when the entire country is about to burst into bloom.
It wouldn't be very smart to pull an April's Fool joke days before it actually happens.
Not only would it not be smart, it destroys the real nature of the joke and quite frankly, would make anyone a giant penis for even attempting such jackassery on what might as well be any other day of the year. It isn't even AF in Japan yet either so…

Just a serious question, I find no need to make a new topic about it.
Say Oda can no longer draw One Piece, but gives the task to someone else but also tells that person his entire story. Would you accept it?

Onlfy if Oda still stood by the plot, then maybe… but Oda draws great too, you know great camera views and badass pictures.. So I probably won't accept it as 'true' One Piece, but I would still read it...

I guess its been said enough that oda should get better soon. I really hope he does….because seeing that toei is on an ending anime streak (Bobobo Beet, Gash all in pretty much 2 seasons) I wouldnt put it past them to end OP if oda remains out for too long.
But worse of all, i don't want another.....(Looks at avatar and sighs) Ueki mishap...
