I keep getting an error saying
This File Cannot be Imported.
Make sure that it is a valid file type and that its contents have not been corrupted.(Here is a file path to the file)
There is nothing wrong with the File too,It works on everything else.
I got this file from Cartoon Palace and when I imported them into the movie maker none of them work.
If someone doesnt know how to fix it can someone atleast link me to another program able to cut scenes from a video and save those cut scenes.

What type of file is it?
If it's a Real Player file, those don't work in WMM, but if it's a .org file like from Bittorent then yeah use Virtual Dub to make it into an .avi. Don't forget to COMPRESS it though.
on virtua dub how Do I open a file so I can start taking scenes from it?
Do I use Open video file?if so I cant open any AVI files.

Im new to this so yeah…Can anyone help me on this bit?
In this case, it seems like you do not have the codec to uncompress the video. Can you play the video though?
If not, you could use a program like GSpot (http://www.headbands.com/gspot/) to find out the codec used and then get the codec.
