They act act as a proxy for the japaese ebay(jp yahoo auctions)
they will purchase your item, and ship it to you.
they were extremly helpful to me :D and even threw in a FF12 potion with my OP POP set 1. I highly recomend them(anything u buy add around 80bucks for fees and shipping to america) NOTE: the shipping is 2-3 day express.
yahooauctions jp have numerous figures for cheaper then you'll find em on the american ebay.
