Are they like the Cutscene ones in GB:Rush in which there are 2 real-time supers and one cutscene super where it's like 2 attacks, then a countdown, then the character's "Strongest" attack? Or are they like GB2's where there are 3 individual Cutscene Supers?

From what I remember, it goes like this. This is all a cutscene.
Luffy hits his opponent into the air, does Gomu Gomu no Golden Botan, and then does Golden Rifle.
No countdown like in Rush.

It's sort of like this. You have a super meter, with two little Green Orbs. If you have one orb you can do a special. A special is a short cutscene of an attack. Luffy does a bunch of attacks, and then it goes back to the action. Everyone has two specials.
Two orbs, and you can do a super special, which is longer. Luffy's is what I described in my other post.
Everyone has these also.Like in GB Rush, if you win using a super special, you get a short ending. In Luffy's case, he says he'll be the Pirate King as the Golden Bell rings.

I wouldnt IMO. Like i said gbr has more characters better moves etc. The best part of 3 tho is ace. Best character ever. I always wanted to try gb2 too bad i dont have a modded ps2/ place to buy it.

I dunno if I'd trade Rush in for 3. I mean, they're two very different games despite the almost identical battle system. But Rush's finishers are nothing compared to 3's.
Think of it like this. Rush's Finishers are Friendships and 3's are Fatalities. (cept for Kiji's, that was sweet)

I wouldn't exchange 3 for Rush, but 3's attacks are awesome. Hina's ultimate summons Jango and Fullbody, who disco while she beats the tar out of the opponent. It doesn't get much better than that.

I've been wanting to record stuff like this for a long time. What do I need? Do you think an All-in-Wonder 9600 Pro card would be able to do that? I'd seriously spend the time to record if I knew what I needed to capture things in good quality.

You need a capture card and a video encoding program… That's all I know. XD If I actually had the stuff I'd know more...

You can just use a Digital Recorder and face it towards the T.V. no need to be fancy… Unless you were planning on getting a Capture card for something a bit more ambitious.
