Short answer:
YES!
Long answer:
Well… if you like the first one, the second one will take some getting used to. First of all, you lose the Gun Del Sol very early in the game, but you will get to use weapons (swords, hammers, spears, and even your bare fists, all of which become stronger as you beat the undead with whichever one you use). Replacing the lenses are Enchantment Magic, which go with the lenses that were previously in the game (except Lunar, but the magic is called Moonlight magic ). Another kind of magic is Sun magic, which can only be used when you have sunlight (except for one of them). Each had a minimum amount of sunlight so it can be used.
One thing to gripe about the game though is that the inventory is very limited, so you must think about which items you carry with you. Also, several items spoil after they soak up a certain amount of sunlight (namely fruit).
Another new aspect is the ability to forge weapons. Unless you forge them almost perfectly, they can take damage over time (there's an armor that prevents this). Something happens to Django after awhile, but I'll put that in a spoiler.
! Django is bitten by the vampire that stole the Gun Del Sol, turning him into a vampire. You gain a few new abilities, such as transforming into a bat, mouse, and Enchantment Dark. After beating the immortal where you can only be a vampire, you gain the ability to transform between normal and vampire Django.
It'd be nice if the third one comes to the US…
