Banjo-Threeie … xbox360?!

I was reading around and they already have up everywhere on ign and gamespy that Banjo-Threeie will be for Xbox360 .. which really dissapoints me cuz I was hoping it'd be for gamecube or atleast revolution .. cuz im not gonna buy an xbox 360 =T

and Microsoft is publishing it.

well, i should be happy if they atleast even make the game. cuz they're supposed to be announcing it at E3 2006. so .. let's hope for the best. but most of you who have xbox360 are probably looking forward to it .. if it is coming out.

go search "Banjo Threeie" on google and stuff and you can go look around about the game.

Well, at least there's going to be a Banjo game for the DS.
There goes my chances of completing all the Banjo games available… Why did Rare have to move to Microsoft?! (Please note that the question is rhetorical.)

Well, Rare signed a deal with Microsoft ages ago. This isn't much surprise.

I doubt you'll be missing much. It'll be released in 6 years with fluctuating framerate.

Rare's good with platform games. Like that Kameos game they did was really good .. but too short. -_-;;

and "Banjo DS" is what I heard for the DS game =T

Also, I thought this was the 4th game in the series? What with Grunty's Revenge being set after the 2nd game.

That was in Grunty's Revenge, and I doubt that Rare would use the same 'form' of Grunty twice. It's sort of like K. Rool in the Rare-made Donkey Kong games.

I remember how they threw in the eggs and the key as some lame extras in Banjo-Tooie.

I think they just unlocked some crap in multiplayer no one cared about.

Yep, after going through all the trouble to clear that game in it's entirety we got squat. That and the AWFUL frame-rate along with Banjo's magical return to prepuberty voice was really terrible.

Well, in the video accompanying the press release that Rare made a deal with Microsoft, we see Banjo running around so I'm not too shocked.

Yeah, the game's framerate was hideously awful in several areas (especially Cloud Cuckooland), and with having to switch from Banjo to Kazooie to Banjo-Kazooie to Mumbo the whole game felt like a huge tedious chore.

And the final battle had nothing on Banjo-Kazooie's. Too bad they wouldn't let you replay it after you beat the game.

I never really bothered with this series. It was alright though. However if I do decide to get a 360, I will probably pick this up.

Grunty's Revenge takes place BEFORE the second and after the first. How else can you explain why Grunty is still under the boulder?

Just joking but that's unfair fun especially when you mention games like Super Mario 64 & Goldeneye which are more overrated.

I really can't believe people didn't like Banjo-Tooie which I felt was an improvement over the first my only beef with the game is the fact that
Banjo's house is never rebuilt so where is Banjo supposed to sleep?
