Shiny is obviously a guy. I think Steve reffered to Shiny as "him" and "he" several times in this thread. I can't be bothered to search though… but I remember Steve posting "why do you think we have him do all our female voices?"

Well, don't get me wrong, I loved every episode as well, its just that in comparison to the others there wern't really any totally-laugh-my-ass-off moments. Plus, it seemed to be shorter than the others. (Save "Fake Piece" but I'm not really counting that)

It was the shortest episode. It was 22 minutes, probably because originally I was going to add a fake trailer in the beginning of the episode, but we never dubbed it.

I've been watching the Dub Piece episodes for a while, and to be blunt, they have severely gone down hill since the end of the third episode. From episode four on, the jokes have pretty much consisted of saying penis over and over, not to mention you ramble on and on. You use far too many references to other shows and movies through the characters. If instead you had the characters parody themselves, be it the dub or original versions, I'd find it a great deal funnier. Also, you should try scripting the episodes instead of flying by the seat of your pants and ad-libbing the whole episode.
Don't get me wrong, i'm all for poking fun at One Piece be it the dub or the original, but you could do so much better if you worked at it.

I don't think they say penis that much. The cultural references they use are funny. Besides, it's not like they use them every other line like some Family Guy episodes. I really like how the entire dub is an improv with neither script nor direction. That's what separates Dub Piece from the other fandubs like True Naruto Style and Yu-gi-oh: The Abridged series. No one would ever think to make Johnny sound like Yami, make fun of 4Kids' version of the Reverse Mountain scene by actually drawing an iceburg and adding it in the episode, or give Arlong a stoned surfer voice.
Rappin' Chopper:
"Yo; I was a reindeer livin' out in 'da snow! But then this old geeza' doctor brought me into his home! After healin' my wounds, I felt real phat. Then, old docta' Hiruk gave me this blingin' hat! My family beat me, shunt me, but it's all tight. Because I'm doin' my doctor remedies all night. I look like freak with my Human Human fruit. But now I'm with some gangsta' pirates who like to steal loot! All the girls like my blue nose. Yeah; it's the way that I get the Record scratching. Usopp's the guy with all 'da glory.
