So yeah. This is what people do at Domino's on a slow day when the head manager isn't in.
Free time during part-time

Heh, people used to like "secretly" lightning lighters in my old high school.

Coming soon: using company soap to light your hands on fire without getting burned.

Yawn! We did that when I was a kid a long time ago. Too bad the flame didn't flow back up into the can and exploded.

….wait, lemme get that straight.....You think it's too bad the can didn't explode in my coworker's hands? hmmmm
As far as it being 'yawn'-worthy, this isn't meant to be the most amazing video ever, just cute. If I wanted to show you an amazing video I'd post the time we lit a bag of bottle-rockets and roman candles on fire along with a can of WD-40. But that video is staying safely away from little eyes that might want to try and replicate our 'shenanigans'.

Well, you didn't say it was "your" place of work. I thought you was just sharing a viral video or something. Also my comment was basically saying is "if you do something stupid then you deserve something stupid to happen to you." I've plenty of stupid things in my life and I got what I deserve.

I thought the point of the thread was to show something amazing. You wanted us to see it, right? Also I was just pointing out that it wasn't a very original stunt.

Hey, why don't you get something like a blogspot.com account or LiveJournal so that it's easier for people to track all the interesting things that happen to you everyday, instead of having to make a thread for each individual thing? That way it's more efficient and not cluttering up the forum since threads like these don't promote much discussion anyway.
-
yeah, i'd have to second ocean there. the video is pretty interesting, but if every member creates a thread for something like this, then this forum will just become everyone's personal blog, and i don't think that's what this general discussion forum is intended for.
general discussion forum is a very "free" forum where you can post just about everything, but think about it: if every member creates a thread for everytime something small but interesting happens in their lives, then we might have 30-40 individual threads created daily (since i know you all have interesting lives) and this forum will become massively cluttered, so we'd like to avoid that at all costs.
and THAT, is exactly why blogs are so popular these days. it allows you to let people to have a look on things you find interesting in your lives, without cluttering up public forums like this. kinda like normyk's chocolate blog.

I'm going with OP man. What a stupid thing to do in the workplace. You could burn the place down like that. At least when my ex and his friends did stupid stuff at burger king, it was stuff like playing baceball with ice and broomsticks. that's less damaging to store property.

Actually OP and e1n, the point was to create a place where we could share funny anecdotes of what we've done in our free time during part-time or even full-time jobs. :) I suppose you wouldn't understand if you don't work.

Actually, it's a disinfenctant spray my good man or woman. The only reason it is igniting is because of the same concept that works when sawmills burst into flame, surface area. The chemical being sprayed is about as flammable as your shoe. So long as pressure is applied forward (force of spray) and the flame is kept in front of the spray, the only thing that will ignite are the particles of disinfectant while they are small enough to ignite because of their small size. As a result of their small size the flame travels quickly from particle to particle burning them up instantly, just like pieces of sawdust in a saw mill. This was a huge problem back in the day before people considered the concept and to this day in places where flour is stored and sawdust accumulates, it's strictly a no flame zone.
Anyway, if you thought this was done without fully understanding how to have fun with flame a safe and fun way, then think again. And if anyone needs surgery to remove the stick from their jejunum I can suggest an excellent doctor.

[02:05] oceanizer at: "Other people can post their free time during part-time stories, too"Heh.
Next time, make the first post souding like that. I'm closing this so you'll at least learn it next time.
