As much as I like the Sogeking theme, I don't see why it should be the opening for One Piece, since you know, the show is about One Piece and not just Sogeking. XD Plus, they're already using the theme a bit too much, I don't want to start hating it from overuse.

I'd probably get tired of hearing Sogeking's theme, too if they showed it as the intro. It's pretty catchy, though. "Sogeki no shima deeeeee umae no ore waaaaaaaaa…......". Besides, I heard that a new intro is on the way.

I think the new intro will come once Enies Lobby reaches its conclusion in the manga.

At this point, I'm just ready for a new Opening. The current one is nice,but has been going for wayy too long IMHO.
I really hope they try something abit new with the next OPening. Especially considering how much darker the series has been recently. -

Kokoro No Chizu is the 2nd longest One Piece opening right now. Believe is still the longest One Piece opening.

Silly question. The series is about all the Strawhats as a group and not about one single character. Sogekings song as awesome as it is would be a good choice for a spin off series where he is the one and only protagonist but it´d be misplaced as an OP opener.

I really don't know. Anyway, probably once Oda wraps up the arc in the manga, they'll know wheter or not Usopp, Robin, and Franky join. Then they'll make a new intro with them in it. I seriously doubt that any of those characters won't join.

Kokoro No Chizu by far. Sogeking's theme was kinda funny- but i simply couldn't listen to it more then twice.
Kokoro No Chizu i've heard 100's of times and i've never got tired of listening to it. It is the best One Piece song by far.
My guess is that a new opening will arrive as soon as they Hit Enies Lobby. -

Yes, an ENDING. Endings tend to be either all the mugiwara's, or one particular one. FISH is a good example of Character love.

Kokoro No Chizu is the best since We Are!, though the latter is the best of all the openings. Interestingly, I think those two openings are the only ones that feature "One Piece" in the actual song lyrics.
