If it'll make you feel better, I assumed Usopp was wearing shorts, but my eyes were drawn to Nami's bubble-butt. And her pose and expression makes me think Usopp's shorts won't be on for much longer, whether he wants them to or not ^__^

a good thing.I'm not much of a butt-guy but Nami's is cute the way you drew it (had I been drawing it, I would have done a slightly longer arch for her hindquarters)
and yes, she is very feminine looking, the back is a bit broad tho (but we can blame Oda for that ^__^ )

Hmmm….that's hard to answer. I mostly follow Oda's design and just tweak things here and there to my own drawing style, like I've never been fond of the plain oval eyes, so I give them a little more shape. I think some people perhaps get thrown off by his wierd features. I don't like it when people totally remove them - like not give him any lips, take away or shorten the nose too much, it's just not right.
What I'm trying to work on is getting it to where he doesn't look different every time I draw him. 
Here's a page of random Usopp sketches. He looks really pissed in all of them. I think I draw my moods when I'm sketching. Lookit teh Usopps

I like how you draw women in proportion. Realistic waste line. I like that even better than Oda. And her breasts do not defy gravity, as I've seen in some other fan art. gives the evil eye towards the guys
hey, don't generalize ^__^, I do my best to get better proportions out of the women I draw, unless the character is noted for being …out of proportion or I'm trying to imitate another style.

Sand looks similar to water without color. I didn't really spend much time with that aspect. I could have put some shells and starfish sitting in the same or something. Or a sand castle.

You never saw those? There's usually some animal that sees something that looks like a twinkie or a cupcake, and they dive after it, only to discover it's something like a big yellow trailer or something and crash into it, and then they ask "hey, where's the cream filling?" Then they show the real thing…"Now that's the stuff!"

After I made the comment I relised you didn't so I'm terribly sorry about that. I just want a picture of Zolo in any sexy pose you want. OK, so I said I wasn't going to say what I'm doing until I'm done, but since I already posted partial progress and everyone seems to have figured it out, here is what I'm doing.
