The last island is believed to be Raftel. The Island inwhich Gol D. Roger supposedely has stored the One Piece.

Umm Raftel is the last island in the Grand Line & that's where One Piece is said to be.

then what is lavteru???? do any of you know of it and thanks for ur help!

Lavteru is Raftel. It´s just a very weird way to romanize it. The "ra" can be romanized as both la and ra. As far as the v is concerned I´m sure that´s the original name has a "fu" in it which means the "f" in Raftel is a proper romanisation while the v in Lavteru is not. "te" appears in both romanisations so let´s go to the ru part. A "ru" can (among others) be romanized as both "ru" and "l". The Eneru Enel debate can be taken as an example for that.
So in the end Lavteru and Raftel are two different romanisations from the same japanese term. Hope that was somehow understandable.
And to add some more confusion I´d say that I take it that Raftel could also be romanized as Rough Tale. Or if you swith the r and l´s in Raftel you get Lafter, which could be taken as Laughter. Confusing enough?

That's how Raftel is spelled in katakana :P

No, that'd be ラフテル (rafuteru).
You lose.
