Yeah, the whole cover is Katekyo Hitman Reborn.
I've been reading it since I got here, and I must say my interest is peeked. Now if I could just find a decent synopsis to figure out what the whole thing is about . . . from what I can tell it has something to do with the mafia . . . .

Reborn is about a cowardly boy named Tsuna who doesn't have a very good life. One day Tsuna gets a "tutor" who is a baby named Reborn. Little does Tsuna's mom know, Reborn is actually a mafia hitman who has come to train Tsuna to be a Mafia boss since he is actually related to Italy's late famous Mafia boss. For Tsuna to hold his own against his foes he must be shot by Reborn's Special bullet called the Dying Will Bullet that seperates Tsuna's body from his brave fighting soul giving him amazing power. Along his way Tsuna meets a kickass cast of characters that all wish to serve under Tsuna, the future Mafia boss.

I've never read it myself, but it looks like it has about as much to do about the mafia as One Piece does about pirates.
Which is to say, very little.

According to this, the three manga on this cover are REBORN, Eyeshield 21, and some one-shot manga (受験番長クソ列伝…I could translate this, but not really going to right now)
