Japanese Weekly Jump in America

This is one of the worst reason to make a new thread but i'm dying to know

Is it possible to subscribe for the Japanese Weekly Jump in America? Because I think One Piece and other manga given by Shonen Jump (viz) are technically crap and very, very behind. I would be also willing to scan the new manga chapters too if it comes in early.

If yes then I would be dying to know how and if no then I'm terribly sorry for wasting a thread
