OGM to AVI/WMV

I am wondering how to change a OGM file to AVI/WMV. I tried VirtualDUBpro and it did it, but it made each file 23 gb(yes Gigabytes). Is there a FREE was to do it with it keeping its size?

All you have to do is use Virtual Dub Pro and do the same thing you did only you have to click "Compress" in one of the option windows. It took me awhile to get it, but if you click "Compress" the files will be about 100 or so Megs. And you can keep compressing them if you need to.

Okay I figured out how to do that, but there is no sound. Can you give me the step by step so I can do it right.
